Tucked away in a green vale sits Blue Moon Log Cabin. It looks like a scene out of a fairy tale; mature trees adorn the 110-year-old cabin's landscape, setting the mood for the getaway you imagined. As you step inside the log cabin, rich wood surrounds you. When the Buffalo Nickel owners remodeled the property, they discovered old copies of the Indianapolis Star Newspaper used as insulation. The age of the newspapers prompted further research of the property, and they found that one of the earliest residents was a woman whose father settled in Brown County around the turn of the century. They discovered the woman's most prized possessions were two small nickels her father made upon first settling. The woman shared this story with her local paperboy, showing him the nickels to teach a lesson about hard work. Thus, the name Buffalo Nickel was adopted.

Buffalo Nickel is located on the north end of Nashville, giving visitors a view of downtown from the 300-square-foot deck with an overhanging black locust tree. The cabin comes with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and hot tub. In the living room, guests will find a double sleeper sofa. The bathroom comes with a custom shower and access to the deck where guests will find the hot tub. The private bedroom also comes with a queen bed. Additionally, guests can relax in front of the two 32" televisions. Buffalo Nickel accommodates 2–4 people.

This cabin sits atop a hill at the end of an elevated driveway. Although 4 wheel drive isn’t needed, please downshift at the bottom of the driveway.

Climbing stairs is required to enter the property and access the second level bedroom. Along with the queen size and full size beds in the upstairs bedroom, there is also a twin size bed in the living room.

**Soaring Eagle sits near the lake and has a reasonably steep drive. It is helpful if you have a front-wheel or four-wheel drive vehicle. Ensure you drive slowly and maintain a steady speed when descending the hilled. A designated parking spot is at the top of the hill (if needed).
