This cabin is so nice for a quiet retreat. The outdoor fireplace is amazing and the location is very nice and off the beaten path.

Great cabin not too far from Nashville and the state park. Feels very secluded and private.

We loved our cozy weekend getaway at this cabin! It was beautiful and secluded but also close to things to do. We spent a lot of quality time by the outdoor fire and playing games in the cozy living room.

Cute cabin in a great location. Beautiful surroundings, the porch is a great place to see the fall foliage.

We really enjoyed the seclusion, yet ease of getting to town for restaurants & shopping. The acorns falling on the metal roof gave us a scare a few times, but we got used to it.
The only suggestion would be to put some anti-slip strips on the stairs. My husband had a bad fall when he was in stocking feet & slipped on the stairs. Fortunately it was near the bottom & he is ok.
Our dogs LOVED watching forest creatures from the fully enclosed back deck! We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was easy to find and in a beautiful location. We spent some time at the state park taking pics and some time going through the shops in brown county. We also made it to visit IUs campus!

This is the 4th time renting the Kelly Reed Cabin and we love it more every time!

We had a wonderful time. We were close to every place we wanted to go. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch a beautiful area. My husband and I will stay in the same area when we come back .

Picture perfect rustic cabin, close to downtown Nashville. Charming furnishings from the inside out. The back deck was the perfect place to soak in the beauty of brown county. Only thing I would change… comfortable seating on the back deck. The tables and chairs are fine…. However, a comfy outdoor seating area would elevate this property to a higher level. Definitely will book this secluded slice of heaven again.

We stayed here on a girls trip: if you want to feel like you are staying in a whimsical fairytale this is the place! It is adorable, peaceful and so comfortable! If we came back to the area I would definitely stay here again!! - Courteney

This property has the "grandma chic" charm just like is pictured. It is cozy and peaceful, feels remote although it is conveniently located just minutes from town and the nearby state park. The gravel road that runs in front of the property is perfect for a morning or evening stroll. We loved everything about our stay! I messaged that we would be arriving late in the evening, and the host had turned lights on for us when we arrived. I definitely recommend this property!

The cabin was just like the photos. We had a nice weekend there.

My Mom and I stayed at the cabin when we came to Nashville for a concert. Everything was very clean, bathrooms, kitchen and for being pet friendly there was no pet hair! We loved that it was in the middle of the woods with nothing around but still only a few minutes to town. We wanted to spend time on the porch and by the outside fireplace but the weather was too hot and muggy. Eric was very quick to respond to the couple of questions I had. We would definitely stay again!

The home mirrored the photos; was clean, tidy, and well-appointed with kitchenware, linens, and indoor/outdoor furniture. We enjoyed the private feel of the property and the surrounding area for hiking. The downtown area was bustling on the weekend. The check-in/out process was simple and the host provided all the information that we needed. We loved the stay and would recommend it to other guests.

We had a wonderful time at the Kelly Reed. Close to town, but extremely private and peaceful. Cabin was very cozy and matched the pictures perfectly! Can't wait to return.

Secluded, spectacular views, great outdoor spaces. The back deck facing the forest was a perfect place to chill morning, noon, and night. Comfortable (firm) beds and quaint decor. Easy trip to downtown Nashville.

The cabin was perfect! Cozy and clean. The outside fireplace is spectacular. Loved watching the resident red headed and pileated woodpeckers from the porch in the mornings. It’s close to the state park and Nashville’s shops and restaurants. Eric is a great host, would definitely stay again.

Our group very much enjoyed our weekend at Eric’s Kelly Reed property! The cabin was clean and just as pictured in the listing. The location was convenient to all of the fun things to do in Nashville, IN. We would stay here again!

We love our stay during our girls trip! Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Would recommend brighter lights, more comfy sleeper sofa, and we did find mouse droppings in the bedroom corners. Overall a very nice place other than the few things mentioned.

If you are looking for a romantic getaway like we were, this is definitely the place for you!! Absolutely stunning peaceful surroundings!! Yet not too far from downtown Nashville. Perfect spot!

Beautiful place❤️

Loved the place! my only gripe was that there were dead nats in the claw foot tub so we opted to not use it. Other than that. its a great secluded location for a getaway with your family or just your spouse. Only a short drive to downtown nashville for all the shopping and eating your heart desires.
