Welcome to Sugar Cottage, located in the heart of downtown Nashville! With three cozy bedrooms and two pristine bathrooms, our property can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. We've also included a sofa sleeper for added convenience!

Located just steps away from all the shops and restaurants, you can take advantage of all the entertainment and dining options Nashville has to offer.

This was a place that on the last day of our stay we didn’t want to leave. It’s so homey and cozy. The house was very clean and had more than what was expected. It was perfect for our 3 girls vacation but would be great for a family too. I just can’t say enough about how much we loved staying there. Eric was very prompt at getting back with me with any questions I had. The setting of the house was so pretty.
The location was great too. We didn’t drive anywhere once we unloaded the car because everywhere was in walking distance.
I hope the next time I visit Nashville Ind I will be able to stay here again. We had such an enjoyable time and made memories to last. Thank you so much!

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed at Sweet Cottage for the weekend and had zero issues or concerns with it.
It’s a time capsule that took me back to one of my first apartments in the 1980s!
Loved the layout of the house and wish it wasn’t raining so we could have used the deck outside.
Very easy check in and check out instructions!
We love Nashville, Indiana and will definitely be back and if we need a 2 or 3 bedrooms, I would rent this cottage again, for sure.
I’m hoping to rent with Eric and his company in the future.
Eric was very responsive and friendly. We needed a battery for a smoke detector and he was prompt in delivering one!

We went for a girl’s getaway for my daughter’s birthday. We love Nashville and this house was in the perfect location! It was far enough from shops and the main road that it was quiet, but close enough to get to places easily. The house was immaculately clean. It had everything we needed. The theme was so cute! The only thing we noticed was a musty smell. It stayed our whole trip. Other than that, it was perfect.

The house was very cute. Close to the shops and that was nice. Very peaceful. The only thing the fans were dirty and the floors in the restroom had hair on the base boards. The blinds and window seal dirty and all the rugs needed washing. The tv was hard to work and only one. Other than that we enjoyed our stay..

Our family of five, with ages ranging from 12 to 22, absolutely loved our stay! The house catered perfectly to all our needs. The spacious kitchen became our central hub where we enjoyed most of our meals together. Mornings were serene on the back deck, with a private backyard providing a peaceful retreat. The convenience of having a washer and dryer was a game-changer.

For relaxation, the TV and Roku kept us entertained, and the Wi-Fi was a big hit with the kids. The location in Nashville is simply unbeatable. We were within walking distance of fantastic shopping and dining options, and just a short drive to Bloomington and Columbus, Indiana.

Parking was a breeze with easy, close, and convenient spots on the side. Situated on the edge of Nashville, across from the library, the house offered a quiet and private haven. We adored everything about our trip and this location.

Highly recommend it for an unforgettable stay!

Eric was extremely responsive. The house was older with country decor, had a well-stocked kitchen, and clean. It was a bit of an odd layout, but was still very functional. It is very close to the thick of Nashville’s main drag, and easy to walk to just about everything. The bedrooms were a bit dark … would have liked more light, but again, very functional. Lots of dresser drawers and good closet space. Nice washer and dryer. All in all it was a nice place and I would definitely stay there again!

This cottage was perfect for our family visit! The kitchen table was a lovely gathering space in the mornings and the cabinets had anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the living room had plenty of space for all of us. The house is close proximity to the main street with all the shopping and restaurants. All of our needs were met with this unit!

My three girlfriends and I stayed three nights Thursday thru Sunday. The Sugar Cottage was awesome. After arriving on Thursday, we didn't get back into our vehicle until Saturday afternoon when we had lunch at the Hard Truth Distillery which was just a mile from the Cottage.. The house was perfect for our needs and we had an awesome time! Nashville IN is the perfect place for a girls getaway. We will definitely come back to the Sugar Cottage for future trips.

Another year, another great trip! We usually come here in August but we had to switch it up this year! It was lovely to see how the town changes as it gets closer to winter and the leaves change as fall approaches! We got to use the fireplace for the first time! We were nice and toasty! Deposit Policy
To confirm a reservation Moondance Vacation Rentals requires a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to be paid at the time the dates are secured. This deposit goes toward the reservation total. Taxes and processing (15%) and the damage waiver fee will be added to the rental amount. Payment in full is required 7 days prior to the check in date. Moondance Vacation Rentals will automatically charge the balance due to the original card on file 7 days prior to the check in date. Reservations made within 7 days of the check in date will be paid in full at the time the reservation is made. Special arrangements can be made if paying by cashier’s check or cash but the entire balance must be received 10 days before the check in date.
