Great location, and Eric provided everything we needed. The place has a lot of space and is exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed in many Nashville spots. This one was about perfect with its tucked-in seclusion somehow right it the middle of town. We’ll be back!

This was a cozy home with everything needed for a family stay for a week. The location is great as its tucked away but still right off the main strip.

Can’t get a better location! The kitchen was a little outdated and the stove hard to use. The showers were warm with great water pressure and that’s important to us! Also really appreciated the dog friendly yard and bedroom with outdoor access.

Great location, just a few minutes to walk to the shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, AC worked nicely, large kitchen area with a table to sit 8, roomy living room with 3 couches so great space to share with family or friends. Cottage was clean. Would stay here again.

Great home in Nashville, IN! We could walk to all the great places in town. There was lots of space for our group of five to hang out. Love the character of an older home! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location to main street Nashville and only 5 minute drive to Brown County Park. Home is located on quiet dead end street yet only 2 short blocks from main street shops and restaurants. Home was clean with all the amenities needed to enjoy the stay.

House was as described and perfect for 2 couples during our stay.

Sugar Cottage was perfect for our group of 6 older women. 65-84 years old. It’s a wonderful location & in our younger dates we walked to town to visit the great shop’s & restaurants. Our only issue was 2 beds were high & hard to get into, but very comfortable and there is only 1 TV. You will not be disappointed ❤️

Our stay was wonderful. The house is located in the most perfect area to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. We didn’t have to use the car the entire weekend. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was the best place for a girls getaway weekend.

Perfect place for enjoying Nashville IN. In the middle of it all!!

We had a great trip to Nashville! Eric was super easy to communicate with. We would have liked to check in an hour or so early but we’re not able to. Place was so cute and equipped with all you could ask for. Beds were very comfortable and since the weather was great, we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. Great stay and great host!

Very peaceful stay in a rustic home very close to downtown Nashville. Many restaurants and local shops to see and enjoy.

Excellent 3 bedroom house in an amazing location. Steps away from all of Nashville and easy to get in and out of. We really enjoyed the large living room and giant kitchen table to hang out at and enjoy company.

We had a mishap happen as Eric’s response was perfect as we felt bad. It did not ruin our time and we were able to still make the most of our trip for much needed relaxation. We appreciated the kindness very much.

The cottage is in a prime location!

This was a place that on the last day of our stay we didn’t want to leave. It’s so homey and cozy. The house was very clean and had more than what was expected. It was perfect for our 3 girls vacation but would be great for a family too. I just can’t say enough about how much we loved staying there. Eric was very prompt at getting back with me with any questions I had. The setting of the house was so pretty.
The location was great too. We didn’t drive anywhere once we unloaded the car because everywhere was in walking distance.
I hope the next time I visit Nashville Ind I will be able to stay here again. We had such an enjoyable time and made memories to last. Thank you so much!

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed at Sweet Cottage for the weekend and had zero issues or concerns with it.
It’s a time capsule that took me back to one of my first apartments in the 1980s!
Loved the layout of the house and wish it wasn’t raining so we could have used the deck outside.

We love Nashville, Indiana and will definitely be back and if we need a 2 or 3 bedrooms, I would rent this cottage again, for sure.

We went for a girl’s getaway for my daughter’s birthday. We love Nashville and this house was in the perfect location! It was far enough from shops and the main road that it was quiet, but close enough to get to places easily. The house was immaculately clean. It had everything we needed. The theme was so cute! The only thing we noticed was a musty smell. It stayed our whole trip. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great stay and super convenient to all of Nashville. Would come back!

Had an excellent time at our cabin and visiting Nashville Indiana. So nice being a short walk to everything.

Beautiful and spacious house! Clean and had everything we needed. Close to shops and restaurants so never had to take our car anywhere! Ample parking. Pretty private. We loved it!

Our family of five, with ages ranging from 12 to 22, absolutely loved our stay! The house catered perfectly to all our needs. The spacious kitchen became our central hub where we enjoyed most of our meals together. Mornings were serene on the back deck, with a private backyard providing a peaceful retreat. The convenience of having a washer and dryer was a game-changer.

For relaxation, the TV and Roku kept us entertained, and the Wi-Fi was a big hit with the kids. The location in Nashville is simply unbeatable. We were within walking distance of fantastic shopping and dining options, and just a short drive to Bloomington and Columbus, Indiana.

Parking was a breeze with easy, close, and convenient spots on the side. Situated on the edge of Nashville, across from the library, the house offered a quiet and private haven. We adored everything about our trip and this location.

We got the place at 50% off booking late. If we would have paid the full price I would have been a little underwhelmed, but at the discounted rate we were very happy with the house.

Eric was extremely responsive. The house was older with country decor, had a well-stocked kitchen, and clean. It was a bit of an odd layout, but was still very functional. It is very close to the thick of Nashville’s main drag, and easy to walk to just about everything. The bedrooms were a bit dark … would have liked more light, but again, very functional. Lots of dresser drawers and good closet space. Nice washer and dryer. All in all it was a nice place and I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed the cottage. Location was fantastic. Walkable to downtown but quiet and private.

This cottage was perfect for our family visit! The kitchen table was a lovely gathering space in the mornings and the cabinets had anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the living room had plenty of space for all of us. The house is close proximity to the main street with all the shopping and restaurants. All of our needs were met with this unit!

We used the cottage for a girls trip/weekend getaway. It was very nice for that. Lots of room, nice furnishings and could walk to shops and restaurants. It was in a very quiet location and we felt safe. We would stay again

Stayed 2/15 - 2/18 for a girl's weekend and this place was absolutely perfect!! Spacious inside, beautiful outside and the location was the cherry on top!

My three girlfriends and I stayed three nights Thursday thru Sunday. The Sugar Cottage was awesome. After arriving on Thursday, we didn't get back into our vehicle until Saturday afternoon when we had lunch at the Hard Truth Distillery which was just a mile from the Cottage.. The house was perfect for our needs and we had an awesome time! Nashville IN is the perfect place for a girls getaway. We will definitely come back to the Sugar Cottage for future trips.

Another year, another great trip! We usually come here in August but we had to switch it up this year! It was lovely to see how the town changes as it gets closer to winter and the leaves change as fall approaches! We got to use the fireplace for the first time! We were nice and toasty! We will definitely be back next year!
