Eric responded right away when we had a little trouble finding the house late at night. Overall a 5 star experience, couldn’t have asked for a better weekend 🙂

This is our second home hosted by Eric that we have stayed in for our annual mother-daughter trip. Not only was the home welcoming and did he go over and beyond expectations and personal touches, it felt like home. The location was perfect. The home spotless. And an incredible space to make another year of memories with the ones we love.

Eric’s place was so cute and homey! It has everything you need and more. It’s ver thoughtfully designed and in a perfect location. Only about a 10 min walk to downtown and it’s right by Hard Truth. The jacuzzi was also really nice to use in the winter. Eric’s communication was quick and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Arriving at this little gem, the Snoozy Snail, was exactly as pictured. Any questions were promptly answered and the check in process was seamless. This place is so charming, in the perfect location to downtown, and has all the right amenities to make your stay feel like home. It was the perfect ladies getaway to relax and enjoy the shopping and restaurants. The hot tub was our favorite place to relax. Every bit of this place is perfect. They thought of everything. We had plenty of pillows and blankets, extra charger, games, the kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Even the pullout sofa was pretty comfy. The decor is so charming with vibrant colors…. So adorable! They had all the supplies to start a campfire, which we did, but ultimately we all loved the hot tub. The creek in the back adds to the charm. All the women in the group raved about how clean and fantastic this place was. We were able to walk to town….this location is ideal. I can’t say enough about this little gem. It accommodated our group of five women just perfectly. If your thinking of visiting, this is the perfect place to stay. I will definitely be coming back. I miss it already.

Eric’s listing is such a wonderful place and he is a wonderful host! The place is super cute, pristinely clean and had everything we needed. It’s so close to everything fun. Eric was so nice and refunded half of our pet fee after we lost one of our dogs before our trip. He is a great host to work with. We will definitely be back to stay at his place. HIGHLY recommend! It was adorable, exactly how it was described on the site and walkable to shopping and restaurants. Communication was easy and Eric was very responsive. We were looking for a few days of relaxation and this did not disappoint!

We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit due to the weather, but they were both perfect too! We would definitely consider another stay when we return to the area.

Had such a great stay and will certainly recommend or come back. Eric was very professional and communicated extremely well throughout the entire process.

This was my first time renting an Air BNB. So, I am not sure if all Air BNB’s usually come with most things one would need, but there was so much provided that we didn’t need some of what we brought. Just to name a few; fire starters, a long lighter, a charger, room spray, candles, body pillows & fans (I was most excited about these 2 because no one ever has them), heaters, spices, coffee, creamer, sugar, some dog accessories & bedding (didn’t need, but noticed), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. We appreciated all of the extras while staying there! Also, Eric was very responsive throughout the entire process. Thanks again! : )

Absolutely wonderful, It was exactly as it was portrayed, what a sweet comfortable place to stay. The beds were amazing also. Literally minutes from town will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Snoozy Snail, so much so that right as we got home we re-booked for next year. Everything is very clean, in a prime location, and with more amenities than any other BnB I have stayed at. If you are looking for a place that is walkable to nearly everything, with a hot tub, and a great environment for relaxation - this is your spot!

We had a great getaway with our dog this past weekend. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of hiking the state parks. The location was perfect and the owner provided everything we needed which is so convenient! They even provided s’mores!

This property was very clean and just the right size for 2! The location is great, close to everything, but hidden. A couple of minutes from the entrance of Browns County State Park and two minutes from anything you need in Nashville. We will be seeking out this property when we are back in Nashville.

We can’t say enough great things about this fun, eclectic cabin that we’ve stayed at twice now and plan to keep coming back! We love the proximity to downtown Nashville, the state park, and Hard Truth Hills. We appreciated the many thoughtful touches throughout the cabin. Great place!! We loved how close to everything it was, yet very private. There's plenty of room inside and even more room outdoors.

We have stayed at several of their rentals and always have had great service. If we’ve had a question we call and they are always polite and handle things promptly. We just spent 4 days in Snoozy Snail cabin and it was decorated so cute and loved the patios.

The cottage was awesome everything we needed was in it. Every store was so close by that's a huge bonus, if who ever staying there likes to drink u can literally walk to the HARD TRUTH DISTILLERY and grab a bite to eat. Cool Place

The Snoozy Snail cottage was a wonderful retreat! It was equipped with everything you could possibly need (and usually forget to bring or buy!). The location was fantastic, just 5 minutes from town but sits far enough back from road that it’s very private. I am so appreciative of it being pet friendly and there was even a bowl of toys and towels for my pup!

And I loved how close we were to downtown and all the shops. Everything was super convenient and we would love to stay here again!

Amazing location: you’re a few minutes from town, the state park, the distillery, and a short drive into Bloomington (if you want to go there). The house was perfect, it has everything you need for a getaway. The beds were super comfy and the hot tub was such a nice feature! Would definitely stay again.

We came to the Snoozy Snail for a quick trip out of the city and instantly felt welcome. The details, including a dog bed for our pup, fully instrumented kitchen and plenty of modern tech to make things a breeze were very appreciated. Thank you for hosting us, Eric!

The house was very cute and cozy. They even had all the materials to get the fire pit started. It was nearly walking distance to all the shops and had the hot tub set up for privacy with a roof to enjoy it even if it rained. The property has close neighbors on each side but when you would step outside you would feel secluded with the way that the fencing was set up.

We had a great time in Nashville this weekend and Eric’s place was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Our favorite was of course the hot tub but we also loved the location, smart tv’s that they already had set up for guest access, and the warm welcome with a little sign and music playing. This place will definitely be one we look into next time!

This adorable little cottage is so conveniently located! Clean and thoughtfully prepared for 2-3 guests, or 4 very close friends. Loved all the special touches. Tiny kitchen, but wonderful appliances (no dishwasher). Pack efficiently. Scout rules! Lovely creek, hot tub, and fire pit with plenty of firewood and starters. Count yourself lucky if this gem is available to book.

Very well decorated home close to brown county shops with a hot tub and a fire pit. The town was within walking distance and brown county state park had great hiking trails. We loved hiking around both Ogle and Strahl lake then enjoyed a late lunch at Big Woods pizza. Would highly recommend!

Cute place close to concert and a block from downtown. Fun place to enjoy with all the personal touches. I didn't mind the sliding doors as much for the bedrooms but the bathroom did not give me the privacy I would prefer.

We loved staying at the Snoozy Snail! It was cute, cozy, had nice amenities, great location and was exactly what we wanted for a getaway spot. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating. We also appreciate that they were prepared for our dog staying there to make her feel at home as well! We will definitely go back to the Snoozy Snail.

We liked the location, it was nice and quiet but close to Nashville. The house well stocked with all necessities, we wouldn't really have needed to pack toiletries. And it was pretty clean! The only downside is that the doors through the house were barn style doors and they didnt offer much privacy, that wasn't a concern for us but it may be for others staying there. Overall we had a great time and host was very prompt and communicative!

We loved this place. Private and such a cozy little house. The hot tub was so great. Little touches in the place really made it for us. The oven wasn’t working for our stay but Eric was communicative about the issue and we were able to plan accordingly. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely LOVED this cute cottage! It was incredibly hot outside during our visit, so we were disappointed to miss out on exploring the parks. But our cozy cottage was the perfect escape from the heat. We enjoyed grilling out, playing games, and just relaxing! And you can't beat the location, theres plenty of things to go explore within a few minutes drive. We will definitely visit again!

We absolutely LOVED the house!! It was decorated beautifully (we were admiring everything all weekend). It was such a homey feeling and cozy. We loved that there was everything we could possibly need available, if needed (lighter, pillows, blankets, Netflix/Disney+, fire starters, wood, fire sticks, lotions, shampoos, & so much more). There was also some yard games, umbrella, park pass. We also loved that it was so close to town. It was maybe a 1 minute drive & puts you right at the main intersection. You could honestly walk if you wanted. We didn’t bring a dog but we loved there was even things for the dog to use. A water bowl out front, a nice dog bed, blanket, a couple toys, snacks, poop bags. We would definitely recommend Snoozy Snail to anyone!!!!!

Great space, has everything you will need

You will never want to leave once you arrive! Our cottage was beautiful, inside and out! Close to shopping and dinning. We loved the stream that ran behind the cottage. We enjoyed having our early morning breakfast sitting on the picnic table listening to the running water and song birds singing to us. WE can't wait to go back.

The Snoozy Snail is PERFECT for a weekend getaway or a girls trip!! It’s so small and cute but spacious at the same time! There’s plenty to do in Nashville but this little cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed to stay in if we wanted to! The Hard Truth Hills is only down the road with live music and bar food(and a restaurant!) depending on what you’re feeling, and it’s so close to all the little shops which was very convenient! We will be back!

The snoozy snail cottage has a great atmosphere inside and outside. The decor inside is welcoming and fun and there is plenty of space for fun outside between the fire pit area, Patio, deck, and hot tub! The space was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the amount of towels available to us as well! Can’t wait to return.

The Snoozy Snail is perfect! There are so many amenities (cooking, games, electronics, etc.). The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and there is a relaxing outdoor area with a nice hot tub. The location is perfect and so close to downtown Nashville, but you really feel like you’re in your own little world here.

The snoozy snail is the most adorable place I have ever rented! The host thought of everything. The place is as cute outside as it is inside. I enjoyed the hot tub and firepit and just sitting by the little creek. State park was super close so I went each day. I will definitely be back to visit the snoozy snail!

The place is great, it's cute and small and beautifully decorated. The location is great. The hot tub was the best. I think $300 a night (after all the add ons) for this space might be a little high in my opinion. However, I could see myself staying there again if I ever was headed to this area.

The Snoozy Snail has everything you’ll need to explore the Nashville and Brown County area. Close enough to town and the State Park to be there in minutes. Situated along a slow moving rock bottom creek that is literally outside the back door, this little cottage has everything you need for your family of 4 or less. Hot tub, fire pit, grill, covered porch, hammock, sun deck, separate patio areas and that’s just the outside. Inside its warmly decorated with colorful, but tasteful touches making it a cozy space to spend some down time. Everything is clean and new, with little touches that you may expect from a hotel. You will find everything you need in the kitchen to make a big breakfast, home cooked meal or grill fest. While there are certainly bigger places to stay, you may not find many as welcoming and enjoyable to enjoy your Brown County getaway. So, if you want a place to slow down and catch your breath, I suggest the Snoozy Snail.
