Located in the beautiful woods just outside of Nashville, Indiana, Log Inn Cabin offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The cabin features a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered wraparound porch. There are also three bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and two with queen-sized beds. A 6-person hot tub is available for guests to relax in after a long day of exploring.

Log Inn Cabin is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Nashville and Brown County State Park. The cabin is also pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along on your vacation.

PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: There is a $75 fee per pet. Moondance Vacation Homes proudly donates a portion to the Brown County Humane Society when you bring your pet and pay your pet fee.

Eric's cabin was a perfect place to stay while visiting Nashville and Brown County State Park. We enjoyed the indoor hot tub, pool table and the fire pit. We also got a lot of enjoyment relaxing on the porch swing. The cabin was well stocked with all the amenities we required and we were very impressed with the cleanliness. We would definitely stay at this cabin again.

What a beautiful cabin. It was huge and we loved the layout. Private surroundings with trees surrounding the property. Our granddaughter, who is 2 and a half, loved the table and chairs for kids on the wrap around porch.
The location was perfect only two minutes to Main and Van Buren.
Yes, we read reviews speaking of the highway close by but the road noise goes unnoticed after a few minutes outside.
I would highly recommend this cabin and the Host Eric to all my friends.

Wife and I stayed for three nights. Cabin was amazing, plenty of space and maintained well. Past the tree line is interstate 46, bit noisy during the day but it quiets down at night. Didn't even notice it while inside. Cabin is on a private drive, surrounded by trees, plenty of privacy. Location couldn't have been better, very close to downtown and the state park. Had an incredible time, we hope to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was only my husband and I, so we didn't even use the upstairs but there was a ton of space up there as well with additional bedrooms, pool table, and a great view down to the fireplace.
We booked this as a staycation, work remote change of scenery. The main goal was a fireplace - a WOOD fireplace. This was the focal point of the home and honestly the pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful and surrounded by high ceilings. I had someone in a zoom call ask me if my background was a green screen scene because it was so beautiful they thought it was fake. Because I had inquired about if it was gas or wood, Eric also quickly told me he could provide firewood for a fee so that it was there and waiting for us which was a nice touch. We didn't take him up on it as we had some other things to pick up on our way already.
The kitchen was well stocked. We had several meals at the cabin and didn't lack for anything. Hot tub is awesome.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Log inn. A few minor issues with the tv’s but as soon as I called they promptly handled the issue.. we enjoyed the spacious cabin so much we have already booked again for next year. However we would love to see some steps added to the deck from the master bedroom off the back to the fire pit area. The hot was amazing and clean!! The kitchen had everything we needed. Over all it was a wonderful week In Nashville. Thank you Eric !!!

We had a great time celebrating our mom’s birthday! The cabin was perfect for us all to fit comfortably! Loved how well maintained and clean the cabin was and the hot tub was an amazing bonus to be able to enjoy! When we first arrived the upstairs was a little hot but a quick adjustment to the thermostat with the additional floor fans we slept great! We will definitely be back and look forward to staying at the cabin again! It was in such a great location to enjoy Nashville, IN as well as the other surrounding small towns. The OoeyGooey Cinnamon Roll Shop & Cafe, the Hard Truth Restaurant & Distillery, and Cedar Creek Winery we’re just a few spots

This was my hubby’s and my first trip to Brown County. We chose this cabin because of its close proximity to downtown Nashville and Brown County State Park (excellent hiking trials). Overall, we adored the Log Inn and will definitely return again with friends.

Pros:
-3 minute drive to downtown Nashville
-3 minute drive to Brown County State Park
-Lots of natural light
-Wraparound porch, grill and fire pit area (didn’t use on this trip) with ample seating
-Clean indoor spaces
-Indoor hot tub (awesome!)
-Pool table (woot, woot!)
-Large kitchen with big table
-AC worked well and kept the cabin cool throughout our stay

Cons:
-Some road noise
-Living room furniture needs minor improvements
-Not in walking distance to downtown Nashville—must drive and find parking bc main highway doesn’t offer sidewalks

We were in the area with our 4 adult children for IU graduation. This house was perfect! We all stayed together, had a great time in the hot tub, and enjoyed having coffee in the picturesque setting both mornings. It was so easy to get to Bloomington and allowed us the privacy away from the chaos of Bloomington. We loved it and are already checking our calendars for a return trip!

Large log cabin with nice fireplace. Amongst pretty trees but close to busy State Road 46. We had a great time going to Nashville IN, Brown County State Park and Columbus IN. All are easy to get to from the cabin. Architectural walks in Columbus, hiking in state forest and state park and beautiful arts, ,good food and brewery in Nashville made for a fun week

This rental is the ideal stay. The home is huge and offers all the comforts of home. Just pick up some groceries and settle in for cozy days of relaxing. My wife and I took a quick two night getaway during the week and even though the place was way bigger than we needed for just the two of us we had a blast. The indoor hot tub room was pretty great and the great room was cozy. We didn’t have time to use ALL THE AMENITIES like fire pit, pool table, or the huge wrap around porch but we told our extended family this is where we are having our next reunion. A great place!

The cabin was even more beautiful than the online pictures. It seems like the bedrooms have been updated which was great. The kitchen was well stocked as well. There was an issue with the water heater heating up enough for showers and the hot tub wasn’t quite full. However, when I reached out to the owner he got someone out to add water to the hot tub and fix the water heater the next day, which solved the problem and made the rest of our stay very enjoyable. I would like to recommend they upgrade the master bed but the cabin was overall gorgeous!

We stayed in the Log Inn and had a wonderful time! My kids are ages 6, 3, and 1.5 and they had so much fun at the cabin. We enjoyed the firepit, hot tub, pool table, and being able to eat our meals on the wraparound porch. My oldest proclaimed that it was “the best time he ever had!” The house was huge as were the rooms. It fully stocked from top to bottom with everything you would need. Reservations can be cancelled with no charge or penalty, except for the non-refundable deposit, a full 15 days
prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 14 days or less of the scheduled arrival date will not be
refunded for any reason. All cancellations must be made through the website or through email communication.

Deposit Policy
To confirm a reservation Moondance Vacation Rentals requires a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to be paid at the time the dates are secured. This deposit goes toward the reservation total. Taxes and processing (15%) and the damage waiver fee will be added to the rental amount. Payment in full is required 7 days prior to the check in date. Moondance Vacation Rentals will automatically charge the balance due to the original card on file 7 days prior to the check in date. Reservations made within 7 days of the check in date will be paid in full at the time the reservation is made. Special arrangements can be made if paying by cashier’s check or cash but the entire balance must be received 10 days before the check in date.
