Beautiful place and very comfy
I would stay here again. Only issue we had was not all the jets worked on the hot tub. Can’t complain it had everything you need and more. Very homey and relaxing

We had a great time! As a city dweller it was a great getaway within driving distance from Chicago! if you are just looking for a quiet getaway this spot of great! Nearest neighbors are like 5 blocks away and the Walmart is 25 minutes away so bring most your food and all, maybe make a trip into town for some things. We enjoy the hot tub and open space. Pool table was fun for a few rounds of pool. I’m definitely coming back to this spot soon!

Cell phone service was non existent, and I was ok with that. Start your gps while connected to the WiFi and your phone service will pick up ten minutes on your way into town.

We had a great time at our weekend get away at Eric’s cabin. Little Nashville is such a cute spot, with lots of boutiques and fun shops to explore. The cabin was clean and cozy, with so many cute touches.

Beautiful place! Comfy couch and beds! They provided wonderful salt for their amazing tub!! Much appreciated. The town was better than expected. Over 3 dozen unique shops and a bourbon distillery. Super great place to relax with no one around and great experiences 9 min away! Will def rebook.

This was the perfect weekend getaway and our pups felt right at home! It’s absolutely beautiful and the surroundings are as well! Got to see a bald eagle the morning we left. Very peaceful, and we plan to return!

Birdsong was the perfect getaway! We loved it so much we found we preferred to stay at the cabin and hang out more than going into town. Super dog friendly and they had so much room to run and play! Will definitely come back!

The place was beautiful. Equipped with everything you would need to stay. Impressed with all the normal home stuff you would need. Easy to check in and out. Cons-Had a very musty smell coming from the basement and throughout so not sure for those with allergies. Multiple bulbs out in the lighting although a beautiful thought. $915.00 was a lot for 2 nights.

This place is a show-stopper! This was my second time staying at Birdsong and it was every bit as good of an experience as the first time nearly 3 years ago!

The place is well-maintained, clean, and cozy. The couch is by far the most amazing feature (in my opinion). Very comfortable. The beds were nice and we loved the wet bar for storing our drinks. Had a wonderful time during our 2-night stay. It’s a little pricey but worth the splurge every couple years or so.

We felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was clean, easy to find things, and it’s peaceful. Also, It’s not far from downtown shopping!
Will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay at the barn! It was very remote and private but easy to get to downtown Nashville and other brown county attractions. We asked for early check in but was told that morning it would not be accommodated due to too many properties that needed to be flipped that day. The host was very quickly responsive with short and direct messages but was not overly friendly in our opinion. The house had enough to keep us busy, including a pool table, a fire pit (including 3 chairs, bring your own wood), and a hot tub (extra towels included).

We traveled to Nashville from Indianapolis and although it’s close to home, it’s a great getaway. We are always thankful that his rentals allow our furry loved one. We enjoyed walking the property with our dog. This home in particular was very easy to get to and a nice direct route into downtown Nashville. The space inside actually feels larger than what the pictures show, loved the huge ceilings! Our stay was right at the beginning of a huge spring rain. A tree actually fell right across the driveway. Eric was very quick to respond and his tree service came out and removed it within just a couple of hours. We were so happy for the quick turnaround!

It was a fun place to stay and was very close to Nashville and Brown County state park.

Eric was a great host, fast and reasonable responses. Cabin is exactly as advertised, beautifully decorated, large but cozy, kitchen and the cabin itself had pretty much everything we needed, including towels for hot tub which was very relaxing.
Wifi was spotty. There was major storms with a tornado in the area and entire county lost a power for about 14 hours but still we felt save and enjoyed our time in a cabin, just couldn't do pretty much anything we had planned for this trip. Cabin has a gas stove so we still were able to cook.
We highly recommend the cabin and Eric as a host and definitely plan to book this place again when we are in the area.

This cabin was BEAUTIFUL...so thoughtfully decorated and clean! I highly recommend that you stay here at least once! We stayed for our 22nd wedding anniversary and we got a sweet card from the host. The cabin was just minutes from downtown and tons of great things to walk and see, but coming back each night and having the peaceful quiet location was a breath of fresh air! 10 out of 10...highly recommend!

We absolutely loved and enjoyed the place. It was very welcoming as soon as we opened the door . It simply felt like home. The evenings were well rested and rejuvenating . We are looking forwarded to visiting again . Our host Eric was awesome in every aspect. Highly recommend him and his properties .

Very cool location, feels remote but is super close to downtown Nashville. The space is perfect for small or large groups!

Our family enjoyed everything about our stay at Birdsong. It is a beautifully renovated barn that is even more impressive in person! It was even decorated for the holidays which was a fun surprise! It truly felt like a home away from home because the rental had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful and only minutes from town. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Great place to stay! Overall, wonderful and beautiful location. A couple little things like a cracked and bowed counter top that made cooking difficult, and the pool table is tilted and needs refelting which makes it difficult to play accurately. They also had construction workers come out two of the days we were there before nine am to work on a very close roof which was loud on our honeymoon which was a little frustrating especially for the cost. But over all absolutely wonderful. Great personal touches, beautifully done. Wonderful location. We are recommending to everyone we know! Eric was responsive as well to answer any questions we had.

We celebrated Thanksgiving and stayed an extra day to do shops and pubs. It was a great time and accommodated my grown kids who had a ball!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL place to stay! The barn is just gorgeous and the grounds are immaculate. Eric was kind and communicated everything we would need wonderfully. The amenities were above and beyond with more than enough towels, blankets everywhere, everything you could need in the kitchen, blow dryer, straightener, even makeup wipes! Plenty of games to play, DVDs to watch and books to read. You could stay busy in the barn and never have to leave! Only slight "negative" I would say is the lack of curtains in the bedroom make sleeping in impossible with the beaming sun ready to wake you up like it or not at 6am every morning?

Great stay in a great location.

Birdsong Barn is easily the most beautiful rental I've stayed in. The renter goes above and beyond with tons of books, DvDs, and even bath bombs available for the bathtub. I had to reschedule my stay a few times due to health reasons, and the renter was extremely gracious and responsive. I hope to stay here again soon!

The house is amazing. It had just the rustic feel we were looking for. There isn’t another house in sight. My wife and I were enjoying the place so much we added another day while we were there.

It's an unique experience of staying in a converted barn. Eric did an excellent job in the space. The house maintains the authenticity yet equipped with modern amenities. My family had a great time here. It's is also a close drive to the Brown County State Park. We came here for the park and wanted to avoid the busy downtown crowd. The location works perfect for us.

We stayed at the Birdsong barn and absolutely loved it! Hands down one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at. Check in/out was super easy and the host was responsive and friendly. The place was so beautiful and well stocked. We go to Brown County every year and this is definitely going to be our new go-to place!

This place is probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. From the cleanliness to the responsiveness from the host, everything was perfect. The pictures don’t really do justice, the house was beautiful and extremely open which allowed us to spend time together in a large and open area. We absolutely plan on staying again!

Its hard to put into words how perfect this location was for a weekend getaway with my wife. The home is breathtaking and exceeded my expectations. Eric was so responsive and answered all of my questions before and after arrival. The location was private but within 10 minutes of historic downtown Nashville with all of their shops, restaurants, and bars and Brown County State Park. I hoping to make this an annual trip as Birdsong did not disappoint!!!

Autumn has to be the most gorgeous time of the year to visit. We completely enjoyed our stay…from the open floor plan, unique stylings and modern finishes, this barn will not disappoint. The fall colors surrounded us and the location was on a quiet road that was 5 minutes from the state park and downtown Nashville…

Before arriving we looked at things to do and didn’t find a whole lot until we actually arrived. There was a ton to do nearby and within a short drive. We had an amazing stay and it was even cuter in person! 100% will book again. Now I need to go find a barn to renovate and move into!

We had a fantastic stay at the barn! Very private but close enough to Brown Co Park and Nashville, restaurants and winery’s. We stayed with kids and we had plenty of room. We saw lots of deer in the evening and enjoyed walking around outside. Even though it was hit the barn was well cooled. The furniture was very comfortable and the tub was amazing. Only suggestion is the ability to turn off the porch light at night so less bugs while looking at the stars. The place was also very clean. We would love to visit again soon.

Stayed 2 nights at Birdsong for a Girlfriend Getaway. Lovely setting, beautiful renovated barn, love the giant couch, enjoyed finding all the different artistic treasures around the building. Metal roof can be noisy (at night) but was surprisingly relaxing during a rainstorm. Enjoyed the small deck and the hot tub. Kitchen had more than we needed and the appliances were fantastic. Beds were super comfortable. Need to plan another trip so I can use that bathtub! Beautiful space and great location - about 10 mins to Nashville and just a few minutes from Brown Co Winery and Bear Wallow Distillery.

Loved staying at Birdsong, the energy there is rejuvenating. I highly recommend a stay, you will not be disappointed. The interior design is spectacular and the oversized blue sofa is a dream to snuggle into. No need to bring anything but yourself it is fully stocked!

Loved our stay at Birdseye. Was very clean, the host was very responsive. Upon arrival the hot tub was cold and we did notice there was not enough hot water to fill the regular tub, but the cabin was beautiful everything was clean and very well kept. We loved this peaceful getaway. It is easy to get to and such a cool vibe. Never seen anything like it! Ideal for a small group with similar bedtimes/wake-up’s. Due to the nature of the barn, sound travels pretty easily, especially if you’re sleeping in the loft. Plenty of towels, kitchen gear and space for entertaining!

This was a perfect place to get away for a couple of nights. Property was as advertised and was very clean. It had a lot of comforts to make it cozy and convenient, and the oversized couch was incredible! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great stay and location for Nashville IN activities

Our weekend livin’ at birdsong was excellent! The property and home were clean and well maintained. The balcony was a peaceful place to watch for wildlife while sippin’ coffee in the morning, & hot tub was the perfect place to relax in the evening. We managed to do 2 of the puzzles (spoiler, one piece is missing from the view master puzzle!). The blue couch is so cozy and will make you want to curl up for a nap. The pool table provided good fun as well but it is warped so it did create some issues with game play at times. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would keep it in mind if we came back to this area!

The property management company (Moondance Vacation Rentals) was very kind & accommodating when I messed up our nights & last minute needed a place to stay in addition to the planned rental. Found some off the beaten path hiking despite it being one of the busiest weekends of the year in Nashville. It was great - would do it again!

The place was exactly as pictured. Easy to find location that was quiet and peaceful. I'm not sure why other reviewers say the hot tub is broken because it worked fine for us. There was also a grill and fire pit which was great.

There is no coffee or tea provided so be sure to bring your own. Other than that the kitchen is well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again if ever back in the area.

We love this place. We have stayed 3 times. This is the 3rd time we have addressed a few issues there that have yet to be addressed.
1. The kitchen faucet needs replaced terribly.
2. The kitchen counters need a vacuum to them and something added to prevent the trash and food to go into cracks.
3. It was very dusty and there were a lot of cobwebs on the light fixtures and in kitchen. (This is a new issue)

Stayed at Birdsong for a lovely Father’s Day weekend! Booked this cabin for my parents, sister and my husband for the weekend. Adorable cabin! Great location! Beautifully decorated! Comfortable furniture! Hot tub was big enough for everyone. My only complaint and truthfully it wasn’t a huge issue, but there were quite a few bugs/ spider webs inside… I’d imagine the barn-like nature of this cabin makes it hard to clear of bugs fully. We will be back 100% as we visit Brown County a couple times every year and this we will definitely be re-booking Birdsong!

This amazing property was so unique and perfect for our family. We took walks, had awesome views, relaxed in jacuzzi, and used the firepit in the evenings. Not far from IU, the cute downtown of Nashville, and fun spots like ziplining with eXplore Brown County, and jeep rides at Hard Truth Distillery. Thanks for everything!

This cabin is so amazing. My friends and I couldn’t get over how cool the space was - we loved every bit of it. It was perfectly clean and well-stocked. The hot tub was ready for us when we arrived and was very clean. The couch is the most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I stayed at Birdsong for my bachelorette weekend with some friends. It was so clean, nice, and open! We all fell in love with the huge blue couch! The hot tub was a nice relaxing end to each day - it was ready for us when we arrived at the cabin. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get away for awhile.

We had a good time at this location. We enjoyed the dining and shops of Nashville and the trails of the state park. The barn is an amazing place to stay. We did not contact the host after checking in. The door code was correct and wifi worked well.

Great little escape. We saw some reviews about the location being close to the road but it’s still secluded enough to where the through traffic wasn’t noticed. The town was amazing. The shops were so unique and everyone in town was so friendly. Only real complaints was that the upstairs loft had a lift from the barn structure that was covered in spider webs and spiders. Also the pool table was morphed or on a slant. If you’re coming to play some serious games of pool this is not the stay for you! But the building was the most unique place we’ve been to yet! Would definitely recommend.

The barn is equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, a beautiful bath tub, awesome lounging area in the living. The kitchen had everything you could need to make an easy meal and everything was very clean. The pool table and bar area was a nice touch and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the night. We enjoyed hanging out at the barn but it was also super close to town and fun to take a few hours to check out the shops and restaurants nearby and to hike in the nearby state park.

The host was extremely easy to communicate with and went above and beyond helping us with our reservation. I would highly recommend this location to anyone taking a trip to Brown County. It was absolutely perfect!

Beautiful space! Very nice, clean & comfortable. The kitchen space had everything we needed. Huge couch in the living room was beyond comfortable. Super close to Nashville- only downfall with location was that it didn’t feel as secluded as we’d prefer since it was right off the road- obviously not much can be done about that!

Great unique place for a couples weekend getaway or for a family stay! Very clean. Really close drive to downtown Nashville for shopping and food.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway! It was very spacious and clean, and quite beautiful. The property was very easy to find, but still felt private and tucked away. I will definitely stay here again!

When I tell you this is the place to stay….. I MEAN IT!
My husband and I come to Nashville Indiana a few times a year to stay. This is the second time we have stayed at the Bird Song. There is so much room to play pool, relax, and cook. It is clean, cute, and spacious. You don’t find this type of luxury often. It right off the main road to Nashville, making it the perfect distance for convenience but out of the hustle and bustle of the town. Eric is by far the quickest and accommodating host we have stayed with. If a 100/10 was possible we would do it!

Had a lot more a commendations than expected. Everything was pretty clean. Had wood left for us. Gas grill worked and was useable. A lot of room a lot of space. Close to important locations. Highly recommend

We had a great honeymoon in Nashville at Bird Song. Unique place to stay with all the things you need! Close to town but far enough away to feel private and secluded. Would highly recommend!

Birdsong is an absolutely gorgeous venue with a huge open space that was great to spread out and enjoy. The grounds are also beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the sunset over the barn.
Eric was an extremely responsive host who took care of any needs during the stay.
I would love to visit again - probably in the Spring or Fall instead, as the only downside to the barn was that it does get pretty hot inside it during the day.

My husband and I loved staying here for a weekend getaway. Birdsong is beautiful and absolutely massive! It’s very close to all the shops and the state park. I would definitely like to come back but maybe in the cooler months, It was just a little hot/muggy in there during the day but at night it was completely fine.

Birdsong was the perfect weekend getaway. Very spacious and fun barn. the DVDs were such a fun touch as well as the pool table. It had everything we could think of and then some. I would definitely recommend this stay. Quick note: had no cell reception but the WiFi works perfectly so it's really a non-issue!

The space was excellent and perfect for an awesome family retreat. Morning coffee on the deck, evenings of family fun with boardgames and watching movies on the couch (the kids loved the huge couch!), all topped off with an evening in the hot tub. Conveniently close to town, yet just far enough away!

Excellent accommodation just minutes from Brown County State Park, hiking trails, and the quaint shops in Nashville, Indiana. We had a great time at Birdsong and it was the perfect retreat for hiking and writing.

Birdsong is absolutely stunning. Completely quiet and private. Gorgeous renovation. Being inside a barn with such high ceilings feels amazing especially after a year of quarantine in a small apartment. Hot tub under the stars was perfect, and the indoor bathtub is great too. I didn’t get why everyone made a big deal about the couch until we sat on it. I get it now. I want that couch. And didn’t want to leave Birdsong!

Purchased as a gift for our family members and they loved the barn! Also, we got firewood delivered in a very efficient manner the day before their visit for a fee—very handy! Make sure to bring your own lighter or matches.

The barn was gorgeous. We enjoyed all of the amenities. The space is wonderful for enjoying a meal and playing games with friends. Close to nature and quiet. Quick jaunt to the state park for hiking or to Nashville. The big sofa was so comfortable! 100% would recommend for us stay in Brown County!

Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. The interior is truly something to behold and such a unique space! Plenty of space to move around and we loved the bar area! Local distilleries and wineries right around the corner along with the rest of Nashville's attractions. Hot tub was relaxing and clean. We hope to return for some fall colors this year!

Unique and quiet place to relax and get away!

This cabin is beautiful and a lot larger than we expected! We came here for my best friend's 23rd birthday, just the two of us and to have a weekend away. Birdsong was perfect for the occasion! We're hoping to come back eventually with a larger group!

We really enjoyed our stay at this barn. It looks straight out of HGTV. It is very cozy and chic and had everything we needed. We loved that it is off the grid, yet close to fun activities like Hard Truth Distillery. We made some great memories this weekend. Thanks for having us.

We decided we needed a break from quarantine at home and came here. This barn is amazing and everything we needed it to be. The design is flawless and the décor was perfect. And the couch! Wow. When I was reading reviews I so much about the couch and couldn't figure out why everyone would like it so much, but now I get it, so much so that I already found one online! 🙂 Thank you for making our stay so peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. And the coffee was amazing, coming from someone who doesn't drink it often, that says a lot! We can't wait to return for an adult trip! Happy New Year!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in your "barn!" This was just the away time we needed to relax and recharge. Enjoyed time wandering shops in Nashville and trails and the nature center in state park. The two owls calling back and forth at night was an added touch to Birdsong.

This was a great place to relax and spend time with family away from work, e-learning, and everything else going on in the world. We made some great memories exploring, sitting by the bonfire, and snuggling up inside. Perfect cozy cabin.

What a cool space to have a relaxing weekend with dear friends! We've stayed at multiple cabins over the years...it's obvious you were thoughtful with this space, at this moment in time, we were dealing with a global pandemic. Lot's of states locked down. This was a weekend to turn off the nightly news and listen to Brooks/Dunn and Aretha. Thank you for the hospitality and perfect space for a get away!

The space is so aesthetically pleasing with a comfy couch. Yes there is no WiFi or cell service but that’s the beauty of it. We downloaded some shows and movies on our laptop and connected via HDMI to the TV and it was perfect. It was rainy the whole time but still such a perfect trip. Hot tub is nice touch.

My husband and I were looking to get away, get off the grid, and to let our brains rest from living such an overworked life the past 7 months due to COVID. The large blue couch in the living room was amazing. We practically spent the entire time either on the comfortable couch or in the hot tub! We even Googled the couch so that we could buy it for ourselves. The area is remote - we had a pack of wild turkeys visit the land the morning of our departure. We heard coyotes howl at night and we watched one of the farmers work on his land next door (it's just farm land - there aren't any neighbors).

The property is beautiful and everything was very clean! Most of all that you for giving us a place to make some pretty great memories, endless laughter, to sneak away from the hustle & bustle of life and relax!

It was spotless! Close to Nashville and Brown County State Park. We loved everything about it and would definitely go back.

My husband and I came here for our 3rd wedding anniversary and just what we needed after this crazy year. We saw many turkey, deer, and groundhogs. Everything was amazing and we would love to stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful inside & out! The decor is stunning & the pictures don't do near enough justice! We are obsessed with the lighting, tall ceiling, big deep-seated couch, bar, countertops, but most of all the soaking tub! We could go on & on!

An amazing space to unplug from the world. It's not too far from civilization but just far enough. I can't recommend this cabin enough.
