Eric's place, 2 Hearthstones, was amazing. We loved our stay and the amenities were fabulous. ❤️

We loved our stay! We had 3 couples. There was plenty of room to hang out together or spread out too. The kitchen had so much more than any other rental where we have stayed. The hot tub was wonderful and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. We would love to say again in the future!

Wonderful home. We really enjoyed our time there and jad so much fun utilizing the game room. I absolutely fell in love with the house and the vibe. Thank you so much!

Exactly as described.

I highly recommend 2 Hearthstones. The layout of the home is perfect for families to gather with plenty of areas for privacy if needed. The kitchen was well stocked. Included seasonings, spices, baking supplies, foil, zip lock bags. The bar nook was really nice and stocked with so many quality coffee and tea options. Hot chocolate too. Included a beverage cooler and wall mounted pet bowls, dog leash and dog bed! Plenty of towels for bathing and using the hot tub. The game room is really convenient and right off the kitchen and dining area. It snowed the day we arrived. On Saturday it snowed quite a bit more and turned brutally cold. Both Friday and late Saturday someone was there cleaning off the front side walk and back deck to access the hot tub. We plan on booking another trip during the summer months to enjoy the pool.

Very cozy and comfortable cabin. Enjoyed the time spent and there was something for everyone . The game room was the highlight as we had to stay I spread due to the weather. Would surely visit again .

Absolutely beautiful - It was nice to have working fireplaces in the community areas and plenty of amenities within the cabin. During our stay, we had a minor injury. They provided a very nice first aid kit.

Perfect location. Secluded, but still close to town. We couldn’t figure out how to start the fireplace the first night. A quick phone call to the host in night 2 got us up and running! Very helpful and responsive. The home was absolutely adorable and clean.

We really enjoyed this unique place. It had a very cozy feel to it. We loved the home design, hot tub, kitchen area and game room the most. Would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Nashville or the nearby parks.

I was up there for a family emergency, not a vacation. This home was incredibly relaxing to come back to from a hard day.
He worked so good with me and my needs. Communication was so easy and I really appreciate his hospitality.
Again, the home, I WISH I could afford it in the summer for that pool and have all rooms, I really wanted that orange bedroom.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. They had everything we needed and plenty of fun games to play with the family and the pool and hot tub were amazing. We wanted a little getaway and we found ourselves booking two extra nights because we just didn’t it to end. All we needed was groceries and clothes(of course) and didn’t find ourselves needing anything else at our stay here. Eric was responsive and helpful. We will probably be booking again in the near future! Don’t miss out on a stay here. You won’t regret it!

We stayed here to celebrate a friend's birthday and marriage. The place was so cool with its bright colors. They made sure to label lights and cabinets so everything was easy to find. Plenty of room/beds and towels for us all. The hot tub was definitely a hit too for our cooler nights. Only about a 12-15 minute drive from downtown Nashville! I definitely recommend!

A great little getaway! We had a great time exploring Nashville and relaxing at the house. Would highly recommend.

Everyone got a kick out of the decor. We called it Funkytown! Beds were comfortable, house was clean and he provided a lot of extras that you don’t see in a lot of Airbnb’s. We had a great time and I would stay there again!

Exceeded my expectations! The house is huge, perfect for large groups. This time it was just my boyfriend and I, we definitely plan to visit again both with a group and just us. There are several social areas, inside and outside. The coffee bar was amazing, hot tub is well maintained and very clean, fire pit was well-stocked with wood, the game room was inviting and fun. The pool table needs some reupholstering since there is a sizable tear on it but was still a blast. The location is secluded enough to feel private especially since it is on top of a hill. It was easy to find and so close to brown county shops and state park and Bloomington. You will not get bored! We did not want to leave and will be back time and time again!

Overall a great space for our 3 couples. Multiple social spaces. Loved the huge deck that we just blocked the entrance to the yard so our dog could just roam outside. A couple of the amenities could be updated like the pool table and overall decor. Awesome hot tub and was good to go when we got there. Easy to find. Huge parking area. Simple check out. Would def recommend!!

Had another great stay, this was our second time. We ended up having changes to our plans which the host immediately accommodated. Still wish there was an address on the property on the road, the neighbor was really upset and not very nice when our family asked for directions to the property. Other than that the house is amazing and we will return.

This was a great spot for a bachelorette party! We were able to access both Bloomington and Nashville easily. The place truly had everything we would have needed. Spacious living room and comfy couch, and the king beds were amazing! One downside was ladybugs found in at least one of the bedrooms. Overall a great experience!

Eric's place was clean and as described. We loved that it was under 15 mins to Nashville and Bloomington, nicely in the middle of both and a very easy drive either way. The beds were comfy and spacious, plenty of seating for our group of 8. And the coffee bar was well stocked!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub, deck and fire pit were great. The kitchen had everything you need and you didn't have to search through drawers because everything was marked. My boys enjoyed playing pool in the game room. The house was clean and as described in the listing. Nashville is a short drive away. My only suggestion to a future renter is to get there before dark. We got there after dark and it was hard to find because the GPS took us a little beyond the driveway. Other than that, it was great and we would definitely rent again!

The house was beautiful and secluded exactly what my group was wanting. Eric even provided supplies to make s’mores!! The game room was a hit with my group. We will book again when going to Nashville

The house was absolutely gorgeous however, everyone got lost finding it, would be helpful if the address was outside or some type of marker. The house had everything we needed to cook large meals. Very beautiful, clean, and peaceful.

Incredible stay. It was our first time booking our annual friends trip there and all 7 of us agreed that were are ready to book again for 2025.

Our plans of exploring Bloomington and Nashville were gladly thrown out the window once we saw how great this place is. Wonderful beds, bathrooms, kitchen, pool, hot tub and other amenities. Every night we found ourselves asking “Should we go check out the town” to which all of us would say “nah let’s just stay here.”

We very much enjoyed a rustic woodsy weekend! We had lots of family fun!

The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I will say the beds could use some upgrading but the bed quality didn't detract from the incredible experience at all. We were a group of 7 guys looking for a place to escape to for a weekend and this place delivered big time! We never felt like there wasn't enough room and it was a super relaxing and remote but accessible location.

They had thought of everything and it was so cute! The 70’s vibe was strong, in a good way 🙂 We had such a wonderful little close-to-home trip. Our teenagers had fun in the hot tub and spending days in Nashville and Bloomington. We appreciated the secret books and crannies and the game room, stocked with family friendly games (and Cards Against Humanity, lol). My husband and I both worked remotely from the big kitchen table (the internet was flawless). There were s’more makings and coffee and tea available. Everything was clean and organized. They even provided special touches for our dog, who was on his first vacation and also had a great time!

Our stay was amazing ! Eric was very responsive & helpful ! Everything is labeled so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. The views and property are beautiful- can’t wait to go back!!

the place was really lovely to stay at, me and my girlfriend did not want to leave. however, the play was a little hard to find(partly because we arrived after dark). the GPS took us to the wrong location, and the building is pretty difficult to find when the sun is down. otherwise an amazing stay

The bedrooms were awesome for our group. Loved that 2 rooms had a bathroom. And the one upstairs had a separate area that worked well for pack n play. Plenty of space for us to spread out. And the kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals.

There was nothing that was missing. Great stay.

We had an incredible time stepping into the 70s-themed 2 Hearthstones while still enjoying all the modern comforts of home! The s'mores gift was a delightful touch that gathered us around the fire pit for some quality family time.

The hot tub was the ultimate chill-out zone after hiking the nearby Tecumseh Trail, which conveniently leads into Yellowwood State Forest—a must-visit for nature enthusiasts like us and our adventurous pup, Winnie.

The game room, complete with a pool table, kept us entertained during our downtime. We also relished the opportunity to explore the charming shops in downtown Nashville, IN.

We wholeheartedly recommend this property for its unique character, superb amenities, and unbeatable location. Can't wait for our next visit!

Short drive to Nashville. Quirky place that we loved.

This home was so very cool. The design of it alone but the way that is decorated fits the home beautifully. The nice big dining table and huge comfy couch fit the 7 of us perfectly!! We spent 2 of the nights in the game room, we appreciated having that space. But every single day we used the pool. We felt like we found the absolute perfect place for our weekend away and we could not have asked for any more

We stayed at 2 Hearthstones for a couple of days with our adult children. It was a wonderful place for a little getaway to spend time together! With the pool table and game room, the swimming pool and hot tub there's plenty to do without ever leaving the property. We have never stayed at a place that was so well stocked! You really have everything you need other than the food you want to prepare. The kitchen was not missing a thing! The coffee station with everything provided was wonderful! We loved that it was pet friendly and the deck was set up nicely for our pups to be able to hang out with us there. Every question I had leading up to our stay was promptly answered and the customer service was great! We definitely plan to return!

The location was absolutely perfect - lots of trees and it felt very secluded. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, and game room were wonderful amenities. The large living room was perfect for hanging out, with plenty of room for all 8 of us.

I would've liked to have known in advance that they didn't want us to stream videos, and would've liked to have known that to request firewood we needed to give 48 hours advanced notice. We brought our own DVDs and brought our own firewood, so it worked out.

We will definitely stay there again if we're in the area!

Great place

We really enjoyed stayed here! There were many things available to make us feel right at home. The kids loved the house and wanted to move there! we enjoyed walking down the path that leads to the scarce o fat trail. the hot tub was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the play room and comfy couch! A few things I would note is that the road going up to the house was pretty washed out and steep, but my pacifica made it up just fine. It would be questionable in the snow w/out 4x4. Each room was on a different level of the house. So note that you’ll have to go up and down a few steps to get to the bedrooms. The very upstairs bedroom was perfect for our kids. A king size bed in the bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle underneath in a little nook off of the room. It was also was Attached to a bathroom and had a futon and tv/sitting room off of the bedroom. It was a perfect hang out for them! Loved the drink area off the kitchen. The house was also so cute, total Brady bunch vibes. we fit right in!

Fun and quirky home in a beautiful location that is also a very private setting. The places was very clean with the most well equipped kitchen I’ve seen in an AirBNB. The hot tub was sparkling clean and ready to use. It really made the stay special. Highly recommended, will definitely stay again.

While the begining of the stay was exciting due to wind storms and a tree knocking out power, thankfully when we pulled on the road, crews were already there restraining new wires, and sitting in pitch dark was pretty peaceful as we waited for the electricity to turn back on, which wasn't long. Once in, we were very pleased with the space and condition, and even though wind had blown off the spa cover, it was still plenty hot and very relaxing. The location was secluded for a very chill weekend with friends, but plenty close to both Nashville and Bloomington to eat and shop. There are few little general maintenance things here and there that could probably use to be dealt with, but not out the normal realm of a rental property that probably has high traffic. I highly recommend for the location and ambiance, and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

And that’s one thing to love about it. Property really leans into the 70’s design. Many nice touches-little welcome gifts, wonderful coffee station, dog bowls & treats, towels & even slippers to use the hot tub. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of room to keep your stuff. a very nice place & we would definitely stay again.

Two Hearthstones was our favorite airbnb experience so far-- and we travel often! So much so, we'd love to make this cabin an annual visit. What we loved: privacy, location between Nashville and Bloomington, hot tub, pool for the summer, each bedroom on a different level (the third floor is a retreat itself), endless amenities and things to do in the cabin (we stayed during a snow storm), and our 2 dogs loved it! We really appreciated the gift bag and the toys and blankets for dog use. Such a unique stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed at 2 Hearthstones and it was wonderful. It was perfect for an early Christmas celebration with our family. The big beautiful tree was so magical. Everything about this house was exactly what we needed. We'll definitely be back for another stay.

We spent a couple days celebrating Christmas with our small family and this house was the most perfect place to do it. The entire house is magical and so very welcoming. The beautiful Christmas tree upon entering was a special touch that we didn’t know would be there. I’d highly recommend this location and we definitely be back.

This is our second year in a row staying at this cabin and we love it. It’s for a girls’ trip and we normally have 7-8 people. There is so much room, it’s decorated nicely, the beds are comfortable, and they have any dish or utensils you could want. We will definitely be back!

This was the best air bnb we have ever had. The hosts thought of everything — from the cute book to sign in with to the chargers everywhere. It was comfy, adorable, super cute, very accommodating. Slightly difficult to find due to crappy GPS but the instructions helped. It was the perfect stay…and it was for our wedding. How awesome

A fun house with lots of space and fun activities. The outdoor space is very relaxing, and you are able to just enjoy the nature around you. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit are amazing. Just be aware of having to pay to use the guest bedrooms.

I stayed here for a quaint weekend with some old Midwest friends, and it was truly a perfect venue. Featuring a pool, a hot tub, a fire pit, and a pool table, there is plenty to do in this secluded 70s paradise. I would honestly seriously consider renting this place again for a similar trip in the future...it was just that perfect for my trip!

The house was very convenient to Yellowwood Forest and Brown County State Park. The surrounding trails were great. The driveway up was a little challenging because of the ruts in the road from the rain. The house itself was an adventure! It was fun checking out each room. The game room was a wonderful bonus! So nice for a family of 8. Space to get away if you wanted some privacy, but large spaces for all to gather. The house was clean and very well equipped with all we needed. Loved the coffee/pantry room. Thank you for providing the coffee. A working ice maker would have been nice. The new decking was really nice as well as the fire pit and the hot tub. No mosquitos bothered us! Our family agreed it was a great place to get together and would like to return. Communication with the office was easy and Amber was very helpful. Thank You!

A beautiful and private spot to stay close to Nashville. Be aware the drive leading back to the property is gravel and may have some washed out spots, especially if you plan on riding motorcycle. Would definitely stay again!

This was an amazing place to be located for our vacation. Our family really enjoyed being surrounded by nature and having walking access to the Scarce o' Fat Trail and being just down the road from Brown County State Park was ideal. The house was charming with it's unique style. We loved the coffee station, the hot tub, and the couch was cozy and great for chatting. The beds were super comfy and we slept very well after a day of hiking. If we ever get the chance, we will be back someday!

We had a great stay at 2 Hearthstones. It was very close to Brown County and Yellowwood parks, and right in between anything you’d want to do in Nashville or Bloomington. The house was so cool and inviting, and we loved the grill and the hot tub on the deck in the evenings. It was also SO dog friendly, which was huge to us. It was just what we were looking for, and it was hard to leave! We would gladly go back.

I booked this for a surprise birthday trip for my fiancé. Our stay was great! The hot tub was a huge bonus and we enjoyed every bit of it :). The house was so cute we enjoyed the different levels and seeing so much nature! We even saw turtles and toads!

Great spot for a group weekend getaway! Very quiet but also a quick drive to Nashville. We were impressed by the well stocked and labeled kitchen, it made it very easy to cook! Our GPS was confused finding the place but the directions provided by the host were 100% accurate so I’d suggest following those instead.

Great for a relaxing weekend away! Feels secluded but a short drive from town. Some minor details were present (missing lights in sockets, baseboards and doors presumable damaged from pets as they allow pets, etc) but nothing that took away from the experience. Loved relaxing in the hot tub or on the couch watching the fire. Bed was comfortable. Would be a fun place with family or friends as well with the game room and outdoor areas.

My husband and I stayed here for a getaway. We absolutely loved the space and all of the little details that went into it. We can't wait to go back with our son!

We loved our stay. The property was very peaceful and the large deck to perfect for watching a sunrise. We hiked on the Tecumseh portion of the trail in the Yellowwood forest, along a tranquil creek which leads to a Yellowwood lake. It was about an hour hike on the Scarce O Fat trail, but that trail is also nice. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for hosting and preparing large family meals. The grill is charcoal. The coffee/tea bar is adorable. The bedroom set up is ideal for multiple families and also the top floor is ideal for a family with younger children. Perfect location between Nashville and Bloomington. Overall an awesome get away in brown county and we are planning to stay again.

My friend and I stayed at 2 Hearthstones for a weekend getaway where we could relax, read books, and enjoy the quiet comforts of Brown County. Our stay was wonderful and really allowed us to appreciate the time without the hassle of chores. There is a wonderful coffee bar, complete with whole beans and a grinder (much appreciated by this coffee lover), the beds were quite comfortable, and the house really provided all of the things that we needed. The host was very quick to respond to any messages leading up to our stay. We have already booked a return stay and can't wait to come back!

This day was wonderful and the place was amazing. They thought of everything and even left small gifts that were much appreciated. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

What a lovely space! We very much enjoyed our winter mini-vacation; the hot tub was lovely & felt very private, & the well-appointed kitchen made it easy to stay in & be cozy. The pair of woodpeckers flirting outside made it feel like we were even deeper in the woods than we actually were. Big thanks to Eric, too, for clear and easy communication about check-in & the space. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at 2 Hearthstones in Brown County. This property was perfect. It was well maintained, the house was gorgeous, and it had all the amenities you could possibly need, the only thing we needed to bring was food. We brought our dogs along and it was a great experience. Check in and check out was easy as could be. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

The property is extremely perfect. I person enjoyed that amazing kitchen, the kids enjoyed the game room and everyone enjoyed the hot tub.

Property is so cute! Lovely personal touches, lots of natural light. Spacious and clean. Eric was very responsive. We did have a huge storm pass through and lost power for nearly 6 hours, not to anyone's fault except Mother Nature. Good all around experience.

The house is very private and in the woods - a perfect place to get away from it all. Easy drive to Bloomington and Nashville.

Great stay! Nice quiet and secluded

Nice private getaway with room to relax and have fun. The host was quick on responses to any questions we had.

Nice place too stay. It has what you need for a stay to take advantage of Nashville or Bloomington.

This place is gorgeous and feels very ‘wanda vision’ in style. It’s cozy and stylish. The hot tub and back porch is secluded and offers a great view. Eric did a great job at making the place a home and the kitchen is STACKED with dishes and goodies. Big fan. I’ll be back.

Our family had an amazing, extended weekend getaway at 2 Hearthstones. We loved being so close to the state park and forest, and hiked at both. The hosts provide everything except food when it comes to the kitchen space, including spices and cooking oils, coffee, filters, etc. We packed way more than we needed! The hosts were fast to send a repairman for the hot tub when we had an issue. We mostly relaxed, watched movies, played games, and enjoyed spending time in the woods!

Every light switch was labelled, which was a thoughtful extra step that made me feel very taken care of right away! As this property is rented by a rental company and they don't seem to be checking each property before reservations begin, I strongly recommend reaching out prior to your cancellation date to confirm that all features of the property will be available during your stay. When we stayed here, one of the fireplaces was not functional, and there was smoke damage in the bedroom. The pool table also had torn felt in several places and the cues are not really functional with missing tips, missing weights, and being rather crooked. Overall though, this was a beautiful and remote setting and we had a very relaxing weekend. There are several nearby hiking options in state and federal parks, and we didn't see anyone else at the property itself while we were there. There is an extensive checkout cleaning list, so you should plan to skip breakfast the day you're checking out.

2 Hearthstones was amazing! We had such a good time, the spa was great for cold spring nights and it was the essence of home away from home! The view was also gorgeous, and I recommend 2 Hearthstones for families and friends looking to spend some quality time together!

My wife and I loved the house, game room, fireplaces, hot tub, open floor plan, fire pit, and especially the location. We even tried to extend our visit a couple more days but there was already another booking so we couldn't stay. Very pet-friendly house so was nice to have one of our furry friends with us. There was also a really nice gift bag provided with fresh S’more makings for us. One thing of note: If you're planning to hike, the gravel road the cabin sits on does connect to the Yellowwood Forest trail system. Just be aware that it's about a 2-3 mile walk each way to get there so plan for a 10-mile round trip if you choose to walk it. It's a beautiful hike so I do highly recommend!

Lovely large family room with plenty of seating and two king suites. Nice hot tub and deck and close to Brown County State Park.

Secluded without being too remote, 2 Hearthstones is a wonderful getaway for family or friends that are looking to spend some quality time together while still have access to fun amenities.

We had a great time at this cabin. The amenities were perfect and we loved that we could get right into Yellowwood Forest without driving. The charcoal grill and kitchen were perfect for all of our meals. Hot tub and fire pit were our favorite. We loved the property and will definitely be back.

It is an awesome large house. Everything you need is provided plus some extra nice touches. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the deck, the pool table. Actually loved it all. Such a fun place for our couples getaway.

The view off the deck and the hot tub is perfect and the kitchen is stocked with tons of utensils and cookware. The beds and linens are extremely comfortable and there’s plenty of space. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back!!

Really nicely decorated for Christmas. Midway between Bloomington and Nashville, which worked out great with our planned activities.

What a great place to stay in while exploring the beauty of Brown County. We also loved the deck and hot tub after a long day of hiking.

My girlfriends and our husband’s had an amazing weekend. The house was quint and had 3 wonderful king sized beds with 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath. Our biggest complaint was we wished the hot tub was under an awning or something. It rained and snowed during our trip and it would have been nice to still be able to get in. The house had everything we needed from games to hand soap to dishes. The furniture was super cozy and we all were super comfortable there. Additionally, the owners were very helpful and very quick to reply with any questions I had. The location was great too! Easy to get to, easy to get in, and still felt secluded m, but only 10 minute drive to the heart of Nashville. They also allow pets, and that was a huge plus for me. We typically travel with at least one of our fur babies and the owners were super accepting of having a pet. Just loved the stay and recommend for sure.

Hearthstone is a beautiful, secluded property. There are neighbors but you can't see them. Gorgeous walking trail nearby. Interior was sparkling clean, decorated for Christmas and perfectly cozy. Very special vacation!
