|The Tree House Details|
|Has Hot Tub||No|
The Tree House is a red metal roofed, wavy-sided Brown County cottage located in a valley surrounded by tall, white pine trees with a seasonal shallow creek running past the house. A large front yard allows for lots of playtime outside. Bring the dogs! They will enjoy playing with neighborhood celebrity Bob Barker, a delightful little Jack Russel who loves to visit. No matter what Bob says, please don’t feed him! If your pooches prefer to do without Bob’s company, they can enjoy seclusion in the fenced in back yard. Just tell Bob to go home, and he will readily accept that his neighborly duties have ended for the day.
The interior of the house features pine floors made of wide beveled planks. The main floor features a wood burning fireplace in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a table for six, and the master bedroom with queen bed and a hallway bathroom.
Upstairs there are two cozy bedrooms each with a double bed and a shared bathroom with shower.
This home is located 3.5 miles from Nashville and 5.5 miles from the Brown County State Park. It is less than 20 miles to Bloomington. If you need additional space, guests can stay at The Elm Lodge (sleeps 12), which is only a quarter mile away. Within a mile are our other cabins, Windipine (sleeps 4) and Robyn’s Nest (sleeps 4.)
