What is your minimum stay?
We require a 2-night minimum except during major holidays when we require a 3-night minimum.

What is the number of guests per cabin?
Each reservation to a Moondance Vacation Rentals LLC cabin has a minimum guest requirement. If you exceed the minimum number of guests, the rate will increase according to the cabin.

What is the deposit to make a reservation?
To confirm a reservation, Moondance Vacation Rentals LLC requires a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to be paid when the dates are secured. This deposit goes toward the reservation total.

When is my balance due?
Moondance Vacation Rentals LLC will automatically charge the balance due to the original card on file 7 days before the check-in date.

What is your cancellation policy?
This reservation can be canceled with no charge or penalty, except for the non-refundable deposit, a full 14 days before the scheduled check-in date (for example, if your check-in day is the 25th, you must notify us of your desire to cancel by no later than 4:00 p.m. on the 11th). Cancellations for any reason from 13 to 8 days before the scheduled check-in date will be charged for 1 day’s stay at the highest nightly rate quoted. Cancellations within 7 days or less of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the entire amount.

What time is check-in and check out?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11 a.m.

Where do we check in?
On your check-in date, you will follow directions and go directly to your cabin using the digital door lock to let yourself in. While GPS is wonderful, please do not rely on your GPS to get you to your property; we will receive an email 1 week before your stay with the address, directions, and entry code.

Are your cabins pet-friendly?
We have several pet-friendly cabins, but there is an additional fee. They are 1 Sweet Retreat, 1840 Stagecoach, 2 Hearthstones, Artist Lane Cottage, Brown County Log Cabin, Daffodil Hill, Dogwood Hills, Grandma Barnes Cabin, Harper Valley, Lake House, Lemon Ridge Lodge, Log Inn, Nashville Suite 1 and 2, Paradise View, Snoozy Snail, Soaring Eagle, and The Farm.

Do we provide?
We provide all linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths, etc.), toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware.

Is there internet/Wi-Fi access?
The following cabins have Wi-Fi access: 1 Sweet Retreat, 1840 Stagecoach, 3 Irish Sons, Artist Lane Cottage, Brown County Log Cabin, Creekside Log Cabin, Daffodil Hill, Dogwood Hills, Grand Cabin, Harper Valley Cottage, Lake House, Log Inn, Loretta’s Cabin, Nashville Suite 1 and 2, Nature’s Nest, Paradise View, Raspberry Ridge, Soaring Eagle Cabin, Snoozy Snail, and The Farm.

Do your properties permit smoking?
Every one of our properties restricts smoking inside the properties. However, you are permitted to smoke outside. If you do smoke outdoors, we request that you discard your cigarette butts in the garbage. Please avoid throwing cigarette butts in the yards.

Do you have hot tubs?
The following properties have hot tubs: Buffalo Nickel, Daffodil Hill, Soaring Eagle, 1 Sweet Retreat, 1840 Stagecoach, Deer Dance, Dogwood Hills, Lake House, Lemon Ridge Lodge, Wayside Cottage, A Woodland Castle, 2 Hearthstones, Birdsong, Brown County Log Cabin, Creekside Log Cabin, Harper Valley Cottage, Log Inn, Loretta’s Cabin, Meadow Valley, Nature’s Nest, 3 Irish Sons, Big Sky Cabin, Grand Cabin, Livin’ the Dream, Paradise View, Raspberry Ridge, Snoozy Snail, and The Farm.

Cabins with a pool?
Dogwood Hills and 1 Sweet Retreat both have pools, which we open seasonally.

What services do you provide?
We can arrange just about anything you need to make your stay more enjoyable, ask!
Firewood is available for an additional $35 for a large bundle. Please contact us before your stay so we can arrange delivery.
