That space was gorgeous. Had everything we needed for a great girls weekend. Plenty of space, lots of little extras. It was a great home away from home

The cabin was very roomy. A perfect place for a friend reunion. It was clean and a close drive to the city. Eric responsed quickly to any questions. All my friends said we would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time visiting. A great location if you’re an outdoor lover, this is the place to be as it was very open and. Private. There was seven of us and plenty room.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Nestled in the woods near Nashville, Yellowwood state forest and Brown county! The house was very comfy and we loved the inside design!

Very peaceful and relaxing location, the house was also very quiet inside. The Hot tub was awesome to unwind in. We had a great time!

The house is well-located for visiting Nashville and area lakes, and had a good amount of space. The basement game area and the available games/puzzles were a nice bonus.

I’ve had issues with some airbnbs amenities not working before in the past, but I had a great time here. Everything was very clean, and thankfully, everything worked. It was a great stay, and I will definitely be recommending this place to friends!

This was a great place for our group of guys to stay. They had charging ports all throughout the house, which came in handy. They Wi-Fi worked with no issues and was good enough for us to stream to their tv from our devices. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The only constructive feedback I would give would be to add a shower wand to the downstairs bathroom. I'm 6'4" and the shower head height was only around 5'8" and pointed straight down. The pool table was a bit small, but playable. I would lose the foosball and upgrade to an 8-foot table. Also, I'm guessing guests lose them, but it would be nice if the foosball table had the correct type of ball instead of just using ping pong balls. This was a great cabin, with huge decks, a hot tub and beautiful views. We loved every minute of it and would definitely book again in the future. EXCELLENT PROPERTY!

We loved our stay! We brought our pup and all felt right at home. The place was clean, stocked with games and toys, hot tub was hot, and kitchen was fully outfitted for us to cook. Beds were comfortable and the basement was so fun with the pool table, foosball and all the books and movies. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The drive to the cabin is beautiful and it’s positively secluded. Great layout and backyard. Great for a large group.

This house is in a great location in the woods, not far from a local trail head. The house was spotless. Another reviewer mentioned seeing a bug. We didnt see any, despite being located in the middle of the WOODS! Don't hesitate, book this beautiful home! Lots of space and activities to do at the house. There was something for everyone to do. The beds were comfy. Game room was fun. Hot tub was relaxing. The yard and deck were perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Very peaceful.

Lots of space in the living areas, huge kitchen with lots of utensils and cookware. Unfortunately, it was pretty rainy during my visit or else we would have utilized the outdoor areas more. The top and lower decks were spacious and private. Only issue we had is that the wifi wasn't working when we arrived... We quickly got this fixed by resetting the router. Important to note that nobody in my party had cells service in the area, so the wifi was crucial. Great visit overall, though! I would definitely go back.

We had a great time at The Ridge! The teenage boys loved the downstairs rec room and many charging stations for devices. Drivable to Nashville and Bloomington as well as hiking trails. Loved relaxing in the hot tub and sitting around the campfire. Lots of room for privacy and everyone had a quite nook to get away to. Easy to cook meals in the kitchen and grill. Would love to stay there again!

Very private and beautiful location for a weekend getaway to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday! The night sky was fantastic, and using the hot tub after a long day was great. The house is large and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Eric even had a birthday card waiting when we arrived, which was a nice personal touch. I look forward to staying again in the summer or fall!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in the hills of Nashville, Indiana, while celebrating a friend’s 60th birthday! The views were spectacular from every window, and the property offered full privacy, making it a peaceful and scenic getaway. The house itself is very spacious, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you’d want for a great group gathering—entertainment areas, a hot tub, a pool table, movies, books, and more. The kitchen was especially impressive—huge and well-stocked, perfect for cooking meals together.

Our only issue was the sleeping arrangements. The listing advertised 8 beds, but we discovered last-minute that two were futons, requiring our own bedding. Upon arrival, only one futon was provided, and the host’s initial response was unhelpful. They later acknowledged the mistake, which we appreciated but felt could have been handled better.

Nothing that dampened our joy! It was truly wonderful. We will return!

I would highly recommend ‘The Ridge’ and Eric!! Nashville, Indiana is a quaint town, good food and drink! The location was quiet and serene. Loved it!

This was our 4th annual “Christmas at the Cabin “ for our family. We try to find different locations each year. This place was perfect for our needs. A little rustic, woods setting, remote and lots of room to hold our family. A bonus , it was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We had plenty of bedrooms and a wonderful huge kitchen which gave us space to play games. I had reached out to Eric a couple of times and he was very prompt to respond to me with a quick response. We were very happy with this stay and would highly recommend it.

The place was decorated with a christmas tree and christmas decorations which was such a cozy, comfortable feeling. we had such a lovely time and hope to do it again!

A great place to stay! There was everything we needed and more. A beautiful outdoors setting. In fact, lots of outdoor setting with the wrap around deck. So much space inside. And decorated so cute. We will definitely be back!

this place was a beautiful house to stay in. the privacy, peaceful atmosphere was what my family and i needed this weekend. there was plenty of space for family and plenty of space to let the pup run. it was everything we asked for and more!

The place was exactly as described. It was a very cozy space with a large area for cooking. Perfect for family space. We enjoyed all of the amenities. Especially the playground, hot tub, and fire pit. It was very close to brown country state park. Would stay here again!

I was very pleased with our stay at the cabin! It was peaceful and plenty of room. Only recommendation I would suggest is more big towel available. Overall I enjoyed myself!!

We stayed at The Ridge for 4 nights. There was 7 adults. House was plenty big and spacious. Outside amenities were excellent as well!! Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for some peace and quiet and relaxation!! We all had a very very nice stay.

We stayed with our three teen/adult children and absolutely loved the property. Plenty of space for everyone. Eric provided us firewood and was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend property!

We were a group of eight women on a small retreat for a couple of days. We appreciated the accommodations which allowed almost all of us our own bed. There is a lot of space, including a huge back porch, and kitchen, which was well stocked.

It is by no means a “fancy” home, but perfect if looking for something rustic and away from everything. I imagine it’s especially cozy when there is a fire in the fireplace during colder months.

Eric was very responsive to me and I appreciated the clear instructions he displayed for everything. Overall, the rental was perfect for our needs.

This home is very accommodating for 8 people. Plenty of seating in the kitchen. Three floors make it nice for young adults who want to stay up later. Enjoyed having our dogs there as well.

The place was as described and looked like the photos. It's close to state parks and Nashville. Eric was very responsive when we had questions. They also had quite a few toys for the kids to play with, which was a pleasant surprise to the little ones!

Great property.

We only had 5 adults but this home could accommodate 8 comfortably … 3-1/2 baths made getting ready easy. We played pool in basement, played cards in dining room, made few trips into Nashville, Bloomington and Brown County State Park. Would stay here again!

We had a blast! A secluded location. Very peaceful. Beautiful house with wonderful accommodations. This is our second time staying with Moondance and we will definitely be back. Love that we could take our dog!

The house is great for large gatherings with all the bedrooms, as expected. We will have to go back when it’s cooler and we can spend time outside to take advantage of the fire pit, hammock, and hot tub.

We all enjoyed our stay kids loved it and adults as well. Maybe short 10 minute drive to Nashville and maybe 20 minutes away from brown county st park. Already considering coming back next year. Eric is a great host highly recommend Thanks again

We stayed at The Ridge cabin this past weekend for my sisters bachelorette party & it was wonderful! There were 8 of us girls and the cabin provided plenty of room for all of us. The cabin was very clean and had all the kitchen utensils you could think of. The cabin felt very 'homey' with all of the decorations and it was nice being out in the middle of the woods & kind of off the grid. All of us absolutely loved it and had a great time. I would 100% recommend this cabin & Moondance Rentals. We will be back!!

This was a very spacious cabin that provides lots of entertainment at various levels in the house to entertain. Kids were easily entertained downstairs with the small pool table and foosball. Lots of toys, books, and an amazing amount of movies were available. We had a great time congregating in the kitchen while meals were being cooked and cleaned up. So much seating available to continue visiting while working. The living room was very comfortable and accommodated many. We did not use the hot tub but the outside areas in the back of the house are beautiful and so well set up! Everyone was comfortable and happy in this cabin throughout our entire stay! Great host and very responsive too.

We really enjoyed the cabin, it was great for our family. There was more then enough room for everyone to have their own space. The fire pit and hot tub were both really nice, and the pool table and foosball kept the children entertained.

We rented this cabin for a two day work retreat and couldn't be happier. The cabin was very roomy, well outfitted, and set up well for a mixed group. The twenty somethings had a basement with a full bar, pool table and hot tub to themselves. Us older folks could go to bed early upstairs and not be bothered. Eric was very responsive. Awesome place!
