The Farm

The farm was perfect for a family weekend get away. The kitchen had everything you could have needed. The house was so roomy for all 10 of us. The kids walked to the pond and said it was beautiful.

"The Farm" was a perfect place to hang with our extended family for a few days. It was very clean. It was the most well appointed Air BNB I have ever stayed in. Lots of extras - coffee, tea, lots of plateware/silverware, pots, pans, utensils, spices, lighters, etc. This place had EVERYTHING you need. I would highly recommend "The Farm".

We enjoyed our stay at The Farm. Plenty of space and had everything needed for a weekend getaway!

We were here with an FFA group for national convention. Everything was clean, the host communicated well, and it was great!

Our son got married in Nashville, and The Farm was not only perfect, but it exceeded our expectations! The beautiful location allowed my husband and I to enjoy time with the Grooms party. We enjoyed a bonfire after the wedding, and it was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. We felt right at home and didn't want to leave!

The Farm is a lovely home on an impressive piece of property. It fits our large family and welcomes our dog. Two stays there so far, with hopefully many more in our future!

The Farm was everything that was stated in the pictures and descriptions, plus so much more. Everything was clearly marked in the kitchen. Anything and everything that was needed was there. The bathrooms were well stocked. We loved the front porch it was peaceful and a great gathering spot to sit and talk. The bedrooms that we had were great. The beds were comfortable, and the attached bathrooms made it so convenient. Eric was great to work with. He answered all of our questions quickly. We loved it!!!

We had a great stay! House was great and perfect size for all 10 of us. I think it was the first time ever we were able to sit at one table together!! If we make it back to Brown County we will stay here again!!!! Thank You!

The Farmhouse as an amazing stay! We were so impressed with everything. I have never been to an Airbnb that actually had everything I needed, the Farmhouse had it all. They even had a smores bag waiting for us when we got there 🙂 so sweet. The house was so beautiful and full or character I loved it. This was by far the best Airbnb stay I have had. Eric was so quick with his response times too! Labeling everything in the kitchen was AMAZING made it so easy for us to cook. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will be back!!!

We rented The Farm for a 3 day managers retreat and it was perfect. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the cozy atmosphere of the home. We
Loved the huge sectional where we all gathered to watch a late night movie and have some wine. It was large enough for us to retreat to our own space as well. What a wonderful relaxing time. This is our 4th year for a retreat and we think this was our favorite place so far!

This farmhouse was so cute and perfect for a large group of people... especially couples. There were many separate bedrooms and bathrooms to use. The country farmhouse decor was cozy. Eric was really nice to work with and answered all questions I had promptly. I would definitely bring a group back to this place in the future.

Great spot for our family to spend a few days together.

Eric was so kind to let us check in a couple hours early, because we had 2 “littles” who needed naps. THE FARM was absolutely beautiful and exactly what our family of 9 needed for a comfortable stay.

The house was very clean and great location. The host was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farm. Our large group filled every bedroom but it did not feel crowded in the house. The house has everything you could need for your stay. We will definitely return!

Stayed at " The Farm" house. Everything was great. Had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and entertaining. My kids and I stayed for spring break. Weather wasn't the greatest but got to do some fishing, wondered around the property. Plenty to do at the house. Was close to town. Had a small issue but the office was quick to respond and resolved the issue. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We enjoyed our family holidays here and had plenty of room to spread out and plenty to do on the property. The spacious kitchen was the very best part for us as we love to cook all of our meals and the generous dining table meant we could all sit down together. This is by far the best-stocked AirBNB I have used - it is one of those touches that makes the place feel like home. Everyone raved about the tea and coffee bar. The property is gorgeous as is the local area.

This was our 3rd consecutive year staying at The Farm -- and we have already booked for 2024! The Farm is welcoming, comfortable, and very clean. We really like the flexibility The Farm offers, with options for numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms included in the reservation. The Farm is large enough to accommodate our group, yet still provides a cozy feel.

Erik is always very easy to work with and our family truly enjoys our yearly trip to “The Farm”.

I recently visited "The Farm" in Brown County. It was a lovely rustic but very well kept farmhouse along beautiful rolling hills. Our group of 8 women enjoyed staying at The Farm very much. It was well laid out, and everything was provided from coffee to towels to S'Mores! We especially loved the big front porch and the fire pit. You can't go wrong with this property.

My siblings and I grew up just north of Indianapolis. We spent family vacations camping, many times in Brown County or Spring Mill State Parks. So this location was chosen for nostalgia. We found that we also enjoyed Nashville and Bean Blossom. The property was lovely, and big enough so we could stay together and see more of each other. All bedrooms were large and nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the swings on the porches in the mornings, and the fire pit in the evenings.

We just arrived home from a short time stay at The Farm. We met three other couples there for our yearly get together and none of us wanted to come home. The bedroom furniture has an antique look. The bathrooms are very modern but still have that comfortable farmhouse look. The kitchen was well stocked. They even made Elvis the Yorkie feel welcome. It is very easy to highly recommend The Farm for your next outing.

We rented The Farm as a long weekend getaway with our family. 8 adults and 3 kids. It was Perfect for accommodation we needed for sleeping, eating and just lounge around. Picnic tables outside was perfect for the kids craft and a fun game of bingo. Little Nashville was close and fun to visit. Very clean and answered quickly when we had a question.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I had stayed at The Farm 20+ years ago when it was a B&B, and it's just as great or BETTER now! We enjoyed the porch swing, fishing in the pond, telling stories around the firepit, and large family meals around the big farm table. We found the house to be extremely well-appointed for all of our needs. It's the perfect spot for family gatherings, we shall return!

This was the first time we stayed at a farmhouse and not a cabin. I literally fell in love with this home and location. Every bedroom has access to its own bathroom, the living room was huge, and it was decorated perfectly. We enjoyed fishing in the pond as well. Only 10 minutes from the Nashville shops. We will be returning!

We came to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children, spouses and grandchildren.

My friends and I stayed at The Farm close to Nashville for a birthday celebration. The house is absolutely fabulous. Very clean and spacious. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. I would highly recommend it!

We have stayed here once before a couple of years back. Once again we were very happy with the accommodations! What a great property. Just far enough away from everything and close enough to get to most anything in 20 minutes or so. Love the grounds. Love bringing our dog and letting him enjoy nature with us as well. Would highly recommend!

The house was absolutely wonderful. We had 5 couples and the room was perfect. We cooked every meal at the house except one and the big dining room table was just the right size. Hot tub was well used as was the fire pit. Only 10-15 min drive to downtown Nashville. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay at the house again.

Awesome place. Loved it. However, we were not aware that several of the rooms shown would be locked when we arrived. I had to pay more for them to give me the codes to unlock them, since we had single ladies that all needed a separate room.

This place was very nice and included a lot of added amenities that we were not expecting including toothbrushes, extra towels and wash clothes, extra blankets, makeup remover, cotton pads and swabs, etc.

We booked The Farm from Moondance Vacation Rentals for my husband's 60th birthday. The trip was a surprise for him and consisted of 20 of us, between family and friends. From the beginning, the process was easy. Moondance had great communication throughout the visit, from booking to checking-out. We had forgotten to order a banner for our party and had to send it to the Moondance office. A member of the team personally delivered it to us while we were at lunch in downtown Nashville on Saturday (she wasn't even supposed to be working that day!). I thought that was amazing!!
The house was perfect for our large group. Spacious and comfy. We had horrible weather (snow and 30's in March) so our activities were limited outdoors. However, we still had a great time, hot-tubbing in the snow, fishing, and playing pool, table tennis, and games inside. We had 4 children, ages 2-7 and they were still entertained.
We had all the amenities we needed in the house. It was very well-stocked and even had thoughtful welcome gifts.
Not long after I booked this trip, my husband received a diagnosis of Stage 4 renal cell carcinoma. Immediately this trip and our family time together became even more special.
My husband had an amazing time and birthday (as did everyone). Thank you to Moondance for helping us create this memorable experience!

I have been to The Farm for my bachelorette party as well as my sister’s bachelorette party and it is truly incredible! It’s a quick drive to downtown, plenty of beds/bathrooms and a huge couch to accommodate our big group! Highly recommend staying here with large groups!

It was the best country vacation stay our family has ever had. Stayed in many cabins in Brown County over the last 15 years and they were ok. The Farm had everything we needed. This is the first time we tried vrbo. We will be returning.

This is a really great property if you have a large group. The downstairs bedroom could easily contain a few littles in addition to the couple. The bed is a king. Several bedrooms have private baths, and the kitchen is not only stocked, the cabinets are labeled. The hot tub was clean and there is plenty of room to spread out.

Our family loved spending 3 nights at Eric's place. Some things we loved: the huge couch, the large dining room table, the multiple bedrooms with king-size beds, the number of bathrooms, the ping pong table, the pool table, and the hot tub!

We had a small issue with a light fixture falling, and Eric was so responsive and offered to get maintenance there right away.

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, pans, etc.

The bathrooms were also well stocked with toiletries. This was very much appreciated!!!

We even got to enjoy large hill behind the house to go sledding on since we had snow while visiting.

We had a lovely time, enjoying family, eating and relaxing at 'The Farm'! I would definitely recommend it!

Very Easy.

I was so grateful checking into the cabin to see that there was an overflowing amount of extra kitchen & bath towels, kitchen items, FULL size dish soap, tooth brushes & lotion in the bathrooms, complementary coffee, tea, basically everything you need. Not all places you book go above & beyond like these folks! We enjoyed our stay! Also, 10 min drive into downtown Nashville! you can tell that the owner really takes pride in making their guest feel at home! We will return next fall!

The Farm is perfect for large gatherings. Very peaceful. Close to Brown County stopping. Beds were comfy. The coffee tea bar was a nice surprise!

Nice big house for family gatherings or working retreats. Lots of kitchen equipment for food prep and grilling. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space to spread out. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pond, the fire pit, the pool table and ping pong table.

Our family of 12 had a wonderful experience. We were together celebrating my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty for ALL ages to do and enjoy.

We had a wonderful time with our grown children and grandchildren!!! The property is beautiful and The Farm was well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels! Everyone loved the coffee and tea bar! The location was close to downtown Nashville, a store, and a disc golf course. We prepared all of our meals there and made so many memories together! We are already looking at dates to return next July!

Stayed there with our adult children & our grandchildren, there were 12 of us. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own personal space. The kids enjoyed the pool table & ping pong table In the basement. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay comfortable! Extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Hot tub which we all enjoyed. Lots of room in the property for kids to run around and they enjoyed fishing in a well stocked pond. They all caught fish. Highly recommend this property!

Property is awesome! Plenty of space for our large family plus some. Caught a nice big bass in the lake and enjoyed two nights in the hottub. We really appreciated the extra gifts they left for the kids and adults. Awesome games to play inside and out. 10/10 recommend! Everything was clean and there were tons of extra blankets and towels. Everything was labeled and there was a cool coffee bar we were not expecting. Every time I turned around there was something else we loved.

You will enjoy the scenic area the Farm. Very spacious with great views, a hot tub, a pond for fishing an outdoor fireplace. Very clean and well equipped.

It was very nice - updated facility, well organized kitchen, nicely decorated, relaxing porch swings and gliders, plenty of activities, and reservations assistants were very accommodating. Definitely a 5 rating.

Wonderful place for a family gathering

Great space for a large group. The home offered everything we needed. Location to downtown Nashville was nice. The space was clean and comfortable. We had toddlers, so the proximity to the road was unexpected from photos, but everything went well.

A great place for a family to gather under one roof! All the bedrooms and bathrooms ensured everyone could enjoy the trip and their own space.

My wife and closest friends spent the weekend at The Farm to celebrate my 40th! The cabin, location, and amenities were perfect! The cabin is fully stocked with whatever you may need from a fully stocked kitchen, abundant coffee bar, and a ton of towels. The hot tub was great, a dinning table that we fit 12 people around, and a sectional couch with room for everyone. We had a great time.

The Farm was perfect for my wife and I along with our closest friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. Plenty of room, comfy beds, a bathroom for everyone, well stocked, and nice amenities.

Our family had a great time. Although it rained the majority of our stay, we had so much fun with the ping pong and pool tables. Plus a 10 minute drive from Hard Truth was a bonus too. I’m so glad I found this place

We had a nice stay in the woods. Yet we were close to Brown County State Park and plenty of other great attractions.

I would recommend this place to anyone who would want to stay in Little Nashville. It is a cozy place and has all the amenities.

We weren’t able to stay due to our family getting sick last min, but we were able to let our friends stay instead and the host was super flexible with that. They loved their stay so hopefully next time we will be the ones enjoying it!

The farm was wonderful! Our family enjoyed sitting around the large dining room table playing games and eating together! The living room was also very welcoming with the large couch for plenty of space for everyone, the game rooms in the basement were also a hit, thanks so much for sharing your place!

Great property and location. Plenty to keep you busy onsite but if you want to leave and explore it is close to so many great options. Everything was fabulous. We especially liked the kitchen and coffee bar.

The Farm is tastefully furnished and being a designer I am picky! It is extremely roomy with comfy seating and comfortable beds. So many small amenities in every room from a fully stocked coffee bar with both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig machine plus pods and so forth to cotton tips, makeup remover and many other items too numerous to mention in the bathrooms. A very large gas grill was right outside the kitchen along with a fire pit and hot tub. Everything was very clean and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Our staff enjoyed this quaint and beautiful home. The amenities were great as was the property. We would certainly stay here again.

Our group of 11 had a great time. I loved that the living room and dining room had seating for everyone to sit down to a meal together or watch a movie together. Kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil/pan imaginable (and we cooked all weekend long). We used everything- the pool table/ping pong table, porches, hot tub, grill and fishing pond. Clean, updated and cute farmhouse decor. Very happy to have found this place. Was expensive for just a weekend getaway, but sure did accommodate our group perfectly down to the last detail.

Private large property near Brown County State Park and Nashville downtown. Far enough from them that you are in a private oasis with beautiful home and lake. We will try to stay here again if we are in the area. Would work very well for a large family gathering.

The Farm exceeded our expectations in every way! The house and grounds are so beautiful. If you want a quiet get away this place is for you! And there is so much room! The house can accommodate very large groups easily. It’s really hard to pick our favorite part: the hot tub, the game room, the pond, the beautiful farmhouse porches... we loved it all. Definitely one of our favorite AirBnB experiences. And even though you have complete seclusion, you’re less than 15 min to downtown Nashville. This place is really hard to beat!

We absolutely loved staying at The Farm! We were looking for a cool space that was a bit secluded but close to hiking and other attractions...The Farm hit every note! The house was spacious and fun! We had four adults and four children and still did not use every bedroom! The owners left special treats for our kiddos...such a welcoming and generous touch! The kitchen was fully loaded and we did a lot of cooking in the huge kitchen! We spent time swinging on the porch, soaking in the hot tub, playing pool & ping pong, and drifting up to the lake for fishing and quiet time in the shelter! It was exactly what we needed! The host, Eric, was incredibly communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had! He was really awesome to work with! It was a wonderful experience and we cannot wait to return!

Such a great experience for our family. We had 10 people total (and our pug) and this place accommodated all of us! There were things for the kids to do as well as the adults. Just a great time with family to unwind for a bit.

Amazing defiantly stay here

The Farm will exceed your expectations! The host is extremely hospitable. I so appreciated-the extra cleaning supplies, towels, shower items, trash bags, coffee etc. Eric was so helpful and quick to respond and we had absolutely everything we needed! It was a very relaxing weekend at the Farm. The house and space are perfectly accommodating for large groups. Look forward to visiting again!

It was a nice break from our regular hectic life and comforting to feel like it was a home away from home!

My family of 5 had a great stay at the Farm. We enjoyed the table tennis and pool tables, as well as the hot tub. The WiFi was great, as my wife did need to do some work. The outdoor spaces were excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and fishing in the pond (my son even caught a fish that we released back). We also did a few great hikes in the nearby state parks. We had a great stay and hope to visit again

This home was PERFECT for our family reunion. We had 4 couples and each had their own bedroom AND their own bathroom/shower.. The location was remote and secluded with multiple sightings of deer and wild turkeys, but only 10 minutes from Nashville attractions. Beautiful pond (moderate to very difficult climb for those with limited mobility). Large dining table seating 10 people easily and adjacent to kitchen. The grill is gas from in-ground gas main (no tank replacement needed) and lit immediately simply by turning the burner knobs. House was very clean and well stocked with towels and linens. Plenty of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, Etc. We have every intention of staying at Moondance "THE FARM" rental unit next year and recommend it to others.

We had a large number of family members in town for a wedding. We stayed at The Farm. The house was roomy and clean. Everything was provided except food and firewood for the firepit. Our group enjoyed the pond, swings, pool table, and outdoor firepit. Everyone at Moondance were polite and professional. We cannot wait to plan another trip!

We had a large group that stayed at the farm over Labor Day weekend. The house was clean and in very good shape. It is a great location with a beautiful view and a fishing pond. We would highly recommend Moon dance vacation rentals. They were very helpful and friendly.
