We booked last minute for a New Year’s Eve getaway. Eric responded very quickly. The condo matched the description. We liked being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place!

The stay was absolutely amazing!! We travel a few times a year and always stay at airbnbs and have never had any issue at any of the stays. Erics place was super isolated which is what we were looking for. It was easy to find, great views and the place was immaculate. If we are back in North Carolina we will 100% stay there again.

Great place to stay. Eric was very good at communicating and helped us when we had a small problem come up with the air during the stay. But he was able to be proactive and help troubleshoot and also get people over to the building to help! Great stay.

We had such a wonderful day at this Airbnb! It was easy to find, right in the heart of all the restaurants and shopping, had a wonderful view, it’s very clean and accommodating with items needed in the kitchen. 100% to stay again!

This place was really excellent! So well located and everyone in our party was pleased. As we were all coming from different directions, and I was early, the owners even very kindly allowed me to check in early and get situated.

We booked this Airbnb for a show at Brown County music center and we always enjoy our time in Little Nashville. This was no exception we will definitely book again.

The Loft is in a great location. You can easily walk to shopping and restaurants. The large windows let the sunshine in and feels so happy. Overall, we loved staying at The Loft.

The Loft at Moondance was great for our stay…the living area is open, spacious, comfortable and stylish with plenty of space for everyone to visit. It was clean and had just about everything we needed. The place was centrally located and we could walk everywhere easily. Eric esas responsive and kind. The bedroom layout is a little awkward and to get to three of the bedrooms you must pass through the bathroom. Two bedrooms don’t have a door, but it was fine for our group. We would stay here again!

The Loft met our needs perfectly. Right on the main strip of shops and restaurants. Loved the big couch all six of us fit on and the long table was great for playing games.

The space was great! The kitchen/family area was nice and spacious. There was seating at the island with 2 additional tables. Very nice.

There was kind of musty smell upon entering, but we bought a candle at a local shop that took care of that. The bath towels were small and kind of thin. These issues would not keep me from coming back. I would recommend this location .

Loved our stay, right above Nashville visitors center you can walk anywhere you need in town in just a few minutes!

The place was amazing! Centrally located. I loved standing on the balcony's and watching the world go by with a birds eye view. I will definitely book Eric's place again.

We have been staying at different Airbnb's around the country for years and this particular house ranks up at the very top..... including houses in South Dakota, Florida, North Carolina and Hawaii. In this particular area (Nashville IN) we have stayed at one house for 30 plus years (way before airbnb) and have recently had to find a different "get away spot" for this specific weekend in December. We had doubts about changing locations after so many years and we are completely in love with this place. We will definatley be back at this location again and again.

Awesome location right in downtown Nashville. All the kitchen items you could need. Very safe and secure. This is some sort of repurposed office space so it’s kind of weird. A couple bedrooms have no doors. There’s one bathroom and it is right in the center so if someone is using it you can’t get to the other side of the house. There are businesses right outside your door and downstairs. It worked well for our quick one night stay not sure I would love it for family of 5 for an extended time. Don’t think there is a better location in Brown County for shopping.

Eric’s place was exactly what our group needed for our weekend in Nashville! We had plenty of space for the 8 of us. Although the one bathroom and location of the bathroom made things tricky we made it work and it did not seem to cause. Problem. The space is beautiful inside and very convenient.

This loft is everything the description says & more! Great location right in Nashville with everything being walkable and easy to get to. We loved the huge windows overlooking the town and the very large living space to hang out in. Having four bedrooms was great for our crew and we love the overall feel and vibe of the place, very modern and very comfy!

This property was great! We stayed in unit A which accommodated our party of six and had a wonderful common room with large windows. No contact with Eric needed. Everything was clean and instructions were very clear. Checkout procedures were clear and reasonable.

Location of this property is excellent! I was able to utilize the only Tesla Destination charger(s) in town located at the Brown County Inn which was a 4-5 minute walk from this property. My wife and I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Nashville.

We loved staying at The Loft in Nashville, IN. There was plenty of room for 5 women on a birthday girl's trip. It was spacious and was stocked with everything we needed. It was within walking distance of all the local shops, wineries, and eateries downtown. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

We visited Brown County during President's Day weekend and had a ball. Moondance Loft was such a great place to stay. It was very clean, had all the amenities that we needed, beautiful kitchen, spacious living room, and a perfect location. I am already planning my birthday weekend and would love to stay there again. I'm so glad there is an elevator for those who do not want to climb stairs.

nest for breakfast. Big Woods one night. Drank great beer. Our place was perfect!

Had a wonderful Girls trip to Nashville Indiana for Christmas Shopping. The Loft by Moondance Vacation Homes was AMAZING!!! Beautiful condo right in the center of it all. Walking distance to everything. Fully equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back.

Nearly perfect location. Close to everything. Unique layout with 3 bedrooms accessible by going through the bathroom. Great for families or groups. All in all, a great place to visit and would stay again.

We had a group of 5 and from the moment we arrived we felt right a home! We had a great stay in Nashville and we all loved the big island with chairs! Wonderful!

The location was amazing and very easy to access. The living area was huge and perfect for our girls trip. One item to note is that 3 of the 4 bedrooms are accessed through the bathroom (or a common hallway shared with the other properties) - this was not an issue for us, but something to be aware of. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you Moondance Rental for a great time at the loft is Nashville, Indiana, My friends and I celebrated our 60th birthdays, we have been friends for over 45 years, it was a great place to reconnect. It was great, clean, and had everything we needed for a girls' weekend out. We each had our own bedrooms and excellent living spaces to hang out, play games, and watch TV. It was close to everything - I highly recommend it. We could walk everywhere, great shopping and wine tasting, It was close to everything - an excellent Mexican restaurant right behind the loft!

I stayed here with my husband, my two small children, and my parents. Our stay was an absolute joy! We are even looking into booking this space again as we have family in the area and are looking forward to a return visit. The living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and exactly what our family needed. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with the basics. The refrigerator has a water dispenser in the door, which is a small thing, but something we were very happy to have.

The location is absolutely perfect! Parking was easy, and this space is so conveniently located to all of the charms of Nashville.

The only thing I would take note of is that the bedroom with the bunk beds and the bedroom with the single bed both do not have doors. This wasn't a problem for us as they were in the back of the unit and not in main area. Just something to be aware of if the people in your party require more privacy amongst each other.

Overall, we are looking forward to our next visit!

This was a great space for our group of five. It was extremely accessible to everything in the area. Everything was clean, modern and well appointed. Having one bathroom may be a concern for some groups, but we were able to work it out. Great trip!

Love this place! Will definitely be back. Spacious, great for entertaining. We wished we could have stayed longer! A good airbnb is so important in Nashville since everything closes at 10pm (at the latest). Every night, my mom and I came back to our place for face masks and games. Definitely bring games with you!

This place was super clean, quiet other than the traffic, had a smart TV for Netflix, big kitchen, within walking distance of everything.

I don't see 6 people staying in this since some of the rooms/beds are so small and there's only one bathroom, but I think it's a great place for about 3-4 people!

We were visiting Nashville for a family wedding and the loft worked perfect for us! Very comfortable beds and a fantastic common area for eating and watching tv. I just wish I realized earlier that there were other adjacent rental units, as I think other family members would have rented the other rooms-as everyone was jealous of our place:). Highly recommend!

We had a blast at The Loft! Perfect vicinity to the shops, walking distance to Brown Co. Music Center, and overall a gorgeous spot! Moondance was very helpful in assisting me in reserving. Would be a great spot for a girls weekend getaway!

My family stayed at the Loft in downtown Nashville, IN and it was amazing! It looks just like the photos, but we were still even more impressed and blown away when we saw how lovely it was in-person. Very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a weekend stay. The location was central and we could easily walk everywhere we needed to go. The management company was so friendly and easy to work with. It was nice to have a keypad to enter the space so we didn't have to be anywhere at a certain time. When I had a question about parking I called the Moondance office. They were really friendly and quick to answer my question. I definitely want to come back and stay again!

We loved the location. So easy to just step out to shops and restaurants. Added bonus was getting to see the town's July 4th fireworks show; right out of the balcony. The main living room/kitchen area was beautiful and plenty of room for both families to cook and play games

Great open common space (living, dining, kitchen) with lots of room and good mix of bedrooms for multiple guests. Convenient to walk to anything in town Nashville and just a couple minutes from Brown County State Park. Heads up that free street parking is on evenings and weekends, but not during week days. There are $5 all day lots nearby with a space to load/unload right in front of the property. We would definitely consider this property again for our group.

The Loft by Moondance was a great stay for my buddies and I! very open space to spend time together and central to the city of Nashville! 10 minutes away from BC3 for disk golf! and even less to Hard Truth Distillery! I would certainly stay here again.

We came into town for the weekend and had a great time. The unit is perfectly located between the nearby music center and all of the shops in tow . Everything was very clean and well appointed. The main living area is very spacious.

This is a lovely place in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee. And the state park is nearby for outdoor activities. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable.

Perfect for a Girl-friends get-a-way. Conveniently located in the heart of the Nashville IN shopping district, the second floor loft had great views of the little town. Clean and spacious common area. Bedroom arrangements were good for our group of 5 ladies. Bathroom was spacious and fine for our group. Host was very responsive.
