Our family's favorite place to stay in Nashville, IN. Fenced yard is a must for a family with dogs.

A great cozy spot, right off the main street through Nashville, close to all the shops and bakeries (Offbeat Bakery is literally right across the road!). The fenced in area was perfect for our dog as well. The house was cute, clean, and had everything we needed. Another great Moondance property - we are fans!

Loved it here so much we booked another stay here while we were still here!

Well stocked kitchen, right in the heart of town but quiet at night, and a nice little private yard for my pooch.

Great location- easy to walk to anything in the downtown area. Well furnished home. Only complaint is the house does have a smell (maybe a bit musty, maybe just old. It’s not intolerable but definitely noticeable). Host great communication and very easy to work with.

This is a great little place to stay right in downtown Nashville. It was perfect for my wife and I, our daughter, and our dog for the long holiday weekend. The inside is newly redone, and the furnishings and well-equipped kitchen are perfect for a weekend getaway. My dog loved the fenced in yard area. We will certainly try to book this place again in the future next time we are in Nashville. Highly recommend!

The house is absolutely beautiful. It was nice having a fenced in area for our dog. Everything was clean and amenities were there including cooking sprays, spices, coffee pods. It is in a great location for walking in Nashville! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment in a perfect location for a little Nashville getaway. Everything in the place is so nice - furniture, appliances, bathroom, coffee set up, etc. it was also so convenient to have an outdoor table with a privacy fence. Easy parking, easy to get inside. 10/10!

We love Brown County State Park and Nashville. This is the perfect Nashville location. Everything is within walking distance and you do not have to worry about parking all weekend.

I loved our stay at Printers Lane Place! It was exactly as gorgeous as the pictures, if not even better in person.

It is right off of the main strip in Nashville. We were able to walk everywhere. The house was far enough from the road that you didn’t hear any road noise. There were two parking spots which is phenomenal for downtown Nashville.

The backyard was perfect for our dogs! They were able to play and run around. The yard was fully fenced in.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. Very well decorated, clean and comfortable.

The amenities were well above the norm. For example, coffee pods, spices, well stocked kitchen with utensils , pots and pans and several other things like a first aid kit. If you have a pet the yard is closed off, private and secure. You have two designated parking spots and you are right in the hart of the town with an easy walk to all the shops. The area was very quiet at night. We have no complaints.

We loved our stay at Printer’s Lane. Being right in downtown Nashville was perfect. We were able to walk to everything. Our dogs loved the backyard and even though we were right in the town it was very quiet. We will definitely book again next time!

Two friends and I came for a quiet girls’ weekend, and we had a wonderful stay in a perfect location. We were in the middle of everything, but the fenced yard made it feel like a homey oasis. We appreciated the clear directions and check-in instructions, and how lovely and thoughtfully-appointed the home was. We would definitely stay here again!

Printers Lane Place was situated in a great, walkable location in the heart of downtown Nashville which was perfect for our family to grab a quick meal or browse through the many shops. The metal fence made our stay feel very private as well and was perfect for our small dog.

Perfect location. Couldn’t be closer to the Main Street in Nashville (1/2 block) but it felt private with the tall fence. Great weekend getaway, highly recommend.

We had a fantastic Girls Weekend! The house is right off of Main Street with restaurants and shops nearby. The house is well appointed with mid century modern furniture and a private backyard. We would stay there again!

Dog lovers worry no more! A fully fenced area means no worries for pet owners! There were lots of little touches that made this place great. Can’t wait to go back!

It was a nice place, great location and the fenced in area was perfect. Only one small issue, which probably could have been fixed if i had reached out and that was the thermostat. I also have a smart thermostat, but I had difficulty with the one in the unit. It would probably have been better if it was set to manual only.

Four senior close friends enjoyed an exceptional weekend at your Printer’s Lane property. It was clean, welcoming, roomy, comfortable, and very well appointed. We felt we were staying at the home of a very good friend. The beds and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The property was within walking distance of the majority of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the Chocolate Walk and exploring all Nashville, IN has to offer. Thank you for an incredible vacation experience! We will definitely return to stay with you again.

Our cottage in Nashville IN. was exactly as described. It had every amenity we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our local wine on the private patio. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go, except the State Park. The fall foliage was spectacular. This was a perfect Fall Get-a-way.

This was an amazing location to celebrate with friends for my birthday. The house was perfect for what we needed. Easy to bring back all of the goods we found while shopping! Close to the restaurants. We have stayed in Eric’s rentals before and they never ever disappoint. We will be back.

This is a lovely house with a convenient location. The mid century decor is gorgeous and you can tell that much thought went into the design. The kitchen comes well stocked. The private outdoor patio is perfect and the design element of the galvanized and wood fencing looks great!

Loved it! Home is very clean and comfortable, has everything you need, and is in a perfect location. Communications and service were excellent. We called to say the Keurig wasn’t working and they brought over a new one in less than an hour - can’t beat that! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Cottage is darling. Completely updated. Very clean. We parked our car on Friday and didn’t move it until Sunday afternoon when we left. It was also very quiet and a private outdoor space. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Our family was in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, updated, and in the perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

And, when we wanted to drive into Brown County State Park, we knew we would come back to our reserved parking spot outside the house. We will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Painter’s Place. The house is super cute and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location can’t be beat! We will be returning next year.

This property did not disappoint! This house was in such a great location, right off the main drag of all the shops and restaurants. Yet we still felt it was very private. The house had everything we needed and the outside area was ideal for our dog that came with us (the fence did have some gaps at the bottom in one corner so be aware if you have a smaller dog they could potentially fit through). We will definately be coming back to stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great rental when I was looking for a place for my husband and son to go mountain biking. I honestly had never heard about Nashville, Indiana before. It was originally an artist colony. There are tons of shops and restaurants. Great New York style pizza down the road better than I’ve had in Chicago. We also found a beautiful lime stone carving at one of the art stores. We visited in April, but I imagine it becomes very busy in the summer.

The house is very nice and the description is accurate. I think it must have just been renovated since everything is in great condition. I almost worried it was too nice for dogs, but luckily our dog knows not to lie on furniture or beds. We brought along his dog bed for him. They do charge a bit extra for bringing a dog. Extra nice touches include, keurig coffee, sugar, dog bowls, high quality shampoos and soap.

The house is centrally located and you can walk to all the restaurants and stores. We rented bikes from Brown County bikes and they were extremely helpful giving advice where to go biking.

A great place to go for a weekend getaway if you enjoy peaceful settings with some restaurants, shops nature trails, and biking.

This Printers Lane house is the gem of downtown Nashville. It is perfectly located right off "the strip" so if your goal is to walk around and enjoy the shops yet still have a quick retreat to go back to, this is your place! This house was very clean and super cozy with a well stocked kitchen for making breakfast or brownies with your daughters :-). The bathroom was very nicely stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, and soap and there were no surprise trips to the grocery for toileteries. Nice! Though you are in the middle of a populated area, there is a very nice private, enclosed, outdoor porch which allows for some sweet outside time to listen to birds and enjoy some morning coffee or sit around the table and make memories. Communication is great with Eric, though we had no issues that required attention and the check in was very clearly spelled out to us. The pictures are exactly as the house is and we very much enjoyed our stay here. This will be our new go to place for our trips to Nashville!

This was the perfect place to stay if you want to be within walking distance to downtown. Very clean & updated nice place that had anything we may have needed. We did not use the bedroom with the twins beds but would like to note that the master bed has a firm mattress. If that is not something of comfort to you then you may not enjoy the house as much as we did. Everything is exactly as described and we will definitely look to stay here next time we visit. It's as advertised which i always feel is the best compliment to give. It's a newly renovated house that is very quaint and had everything we expected. It's right in the middle of the strip so you don't need your car if you are walking around town.

This house is just lovely. Everything in downtown Nashville is walkable, even in not great weather. The house was perfect, even better in person than in photos. The seating and beds were comfortable, the kitchen sleek and well equipped, and the outdoor areas relaxing. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had and I look forward to making many return trips in the years to come.
